Those who were demoralizing us and telling us that we were wasting our time, nothing would happen, as everyone is involved in this recruitment, but they got their first slap when the three-member committee was formed and they will get the final slap when justice will be done with us. They forget that we weren't being ruled by any dynastic political party but we have an honest person in the shape of Shri Manoj Sinha here and his administration in J&K UT. Somehow we are all responsible for this delayed process because the majority of us were wasting our time in the lawn of AM Dar, and nobody among us tried to come up with an out-of-the-box solution. Nobody among us tried to reach out to the administration directly. The things we have done since 2022 should have been done from the very first day, but we weren't being led by honest leaders. But since Nisar Ahmad Nengroo and his team took to the reigns in their hands things started to change and we must never forget the role of Advocate Abhinav Sharma in this fight. We have suffered enough and now we pray for timely justice.

Although we can't share each and everything here with those who are suffering because of the injustice that was done by the Fire Service department, but our job is still to keep you updated and make sure to bring down some anxiety which has been growing for the past couple of years. We are all the same and we are suffering equally. I took the initiative and started this page only to highlight this scam because I felt that few people were trying to sweep this scam under the carpet back in 2020, and it's something we all felt because the higher-ups in the administration were totally unaware of what has happened in the recruitment process of Fire & Emergency of 2020. To convey this message to the administration, it took us almost two years, maybe we lacked something and most importantly unity, but now with the grace of the Almighty we are very close to victory now and we know you are all desperately waiting for that day and so are we, without any rumor-mongering we request every aspirant to stay calm and wait for the decision which is about to come from the administration in the coming days.

Everyone was telling us what kept you going, why are you not giving up this fight? We were being demoralized but we had set a goal and now we are inches away from it.

Whatever the outcome of this struggle will be, we must appreciate the LG administration of Manoj Sinha Office of LG, J&K for acknowledging our efforts and without any hesitation framing the three-member committee and it happened for the very first time in the history of J&K, otherwise we had seen a recruitment scam in the J&K Bank during NC-Congress coalition government back in 2013 even after raising the voice against that recruitment nothing was done. We should be very thankful to BJP Jammu & Kashmir Ravinder Raina Advocate Abhinav Sharma for standing with us from the very first day.

Our team headed by Nisar Ahmad Nengroo is working tirelessly on the ground, and there is no need to feel discouraged about anything.

We don't know what Shri Raj Kumar Goyal Sahab has mentioned in his report but being a hallmark of integrity & honesty. We are sure justice will be done with us✌️

This fight against corruption, nepotism, favoritism, and injustice will be written in golden words and those who took part in this struggle deserve a big hand of applause and appreciation. It wasn't possible to reach this level without the transparency and commitment shown by the LG administration. Had it been a state government running this administration then all of this wasn't possible. Now what we expect is zero-tolerance from Manoj Sinha Office of LG, J&K against those culprits who ruined the 10 years of our lives because of corruption and malpractice.

On behalf of all the Aspirants of Fire & Emergency service J&K, we would like to congratulate our brother Tariq Ali Hajam of District ganderbal for qualifying the FAA exam with flying colors. The department of Fire & Emergency Services dropped candidates like him who were very well qualified. It's a slap on the fire service department and those officials who took the money and selected 8th and 10th pass masons and carpenters and rejected the cream like Tariq Ali Hajam.

It's just a matter of days now. We will find ourselves on the other side, where the warmth of success and glowing light will embrace us and all the darkness will fade away from our lives. We are all looking for that day and that day isn't far away now.

Tomorrow on 1st February we are going to hold a peaceful gathering at Press Enclave Srinagar to remind the LG administration about the report which was supposed to come out within 30 days after the formation of the three-member committee on 12-12-2022, but unfortunately, we are being given false assurances from time to time and no development has been done in our case. All the candidates associated with us must make their presence felt tomorrow.
