On 14th March , JJ Guwahati Sparkling Stars along with JCI Guwahati organised a cultural event *” Holi Pawri 2.O “* at the rooftop of Sanganeria Bhawan.

A cultural and fellowship program for the Jaycees and Junior wing along with few prospective members.

A fun- filled night to remember and cherish forever with lots of attractions in the house ( scrumptious food, holi Chang, DJ, holi lottery and lots of hidden surprises).
It was an overall colourful and fun filled evening.

We had a successful event with houseful of 27 active participants.
The kids who had started with trembling voices ended up with raised voices and high self-confidence .
And I truly believe that self - confidence is the key to be a good speaker which further leads to great leaders. So we have very well climbed our first step towards success and being future leaders.

The workshop witnessed five outstanding performers , who were awarded with trophies by JC Rohit Jain Sir and JC Rajesh Gangwal Sir present at the event. It was a tough decision to take as all the kids were super active and interacting.

I would like to thank and appreciate the presence of each one who were part of this workshop in any way possible and guiding me throughout to make it a grand success.

Why developing the confidence of public speaking is so important for children ?

Public Speaking is one of the most important and dreaded form of communication.

Communication is the backbone of the society. It allows us to form connection, influence decisions and motivate change.

By learning how to effectively speak in public will directly affect one’s self confidence.

Self confidence is the key to be a Good Speaker which creates Great Leaders .

So parents please come forward and give names of your kids to help them take a step further for being great leaders.

Again, on 30th January we organised a fellowship program along with JCI GUWAHATI under the name of Picnic - O - Mania
Series of events and games were planned which created memories for all the members of JJ WING. All the kids had great fellowship time and bonded with each other.

We also organised an awareness program for JJ GUWAHATI SPARKLING STARS under the guidance of JCI GUWAHATI to understand the importance of donating blood.

To plant trees is to give body and life to one's dreams of a better world.

26th January, Republic Day celebration by JCI GUWAHATI hand in hand with JJ GUWAHATI SPARKLING STARS in various areas:-

JCI GUWAHATI along with JJ GUWAHATI SPARKLING STARS today celebrated Republic Day by unfurling the National flag & singing National Anthem at Jalaram Ashram in the presence of our ZVP Sir HGF Nishant Paharia, our mentor JC Ramesh Chandak JI, IPP JC Neha ji Jain, Past president JCI SEN Pankaj Gupta ji,and our Jaycee members with their kids.
The program was supported by JC Ramesh Chandak ji ,PPP Rashmi Khatuwala ma’am and sustainable project coordinator JFP Rekha Sarawgi ji along with the team program!!

UNSDG #13 climate change -We distributed and planted fruits and herbal saplings and also made a boundary to protect the plants 🌱 at Badri Das School

We also planted and distributed herbal saplings at the Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi Guwahati airport.

UNSDG #2 zero Hunger - We distributed food items to around 80 children at Jalaram Bappa Ashram.

JJ Guwahati Sparkling Stars wholeheartedly supported the plantation drive and took a pledge to take care of the saplings as they take care of themselves.
JJ wing also planted saplings and full grown plants on roadside along with net cover .
The event was a grand success and we had a huge number of JC members and non-JC members which created a huge PR for JCI as well!!

On 23rd January 2022, JJ GUWAHATI SPARKLING STARS in association with JCI GUWAHATI organised a drawing competition for the children of Boko village to commemorate the 125th birth anniversary of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose. The event was a great success and it helped the children to showcase their hidden talent by creating beautiful drawings on the theme
