"After chanting the “I AM” affirmation, experience that we are one. There’s only oneness. Maintain your stillness. Experience the connection with all and maintain that state of oneness. Then open your hands in blessing position, visualize the planet Earth in front of you and say: “We are one." Now be aware of your heart, be aware of your Crown, especially the Crown, put your attention on your Crown and hands, and flash the Earth with brilliant-brilliant light.

Just imagine all of us pouring massive amounts of light towards the entire Earth, knowing that this Divine Energy flowing through us, not from us but through us, is dissolving, disintegrating, first the negative thoughts and negative emotions within us. This energy fills the Earth, breaking down the fear, negativity, worry and all the negative emotions that people are being affected with.

Keep flashing it with brilliant, brilliant electric-violet light, super brilliant light with tinges of violet. We are one.
