I don’t whether you all know about this recipe or not. Moong dal ki mangochi is my all time favourite and we khatri’s make it often. Posting my mother’s recipe of mangochi👇🏻 

- In a bowl take one cup of moong dal and half cup of urad dal, wash it and let it soak for atleast 2-3 hours. 
-Make a paste as shown in video by grinding in mixing jar
- Most important step - Use your hands and whisk this batter until the batter gets fluffy and colour changes from yellow to slight white. 
- Now again using your hands drop this batter in a low flame as you do while making any pakoras. Make mangochi out of this batter. 
- Fry until they take yellow golden colour 
- Now in the remaining batter add water atleast 3 bowl we will use this in making gravy
- In a bowl add all spices - Amchur powder, haldi powder, lal mirch powder, dhaniya powder, hing, kala namak and regular salt, add water and make a paste. 
- In the same kadhayi after removing excess oil leave two three spoon of oil and add jeera and paste that we prepared.
-Cook for a while and then add that remaining dal batter into it for gravy with water 
-After a boil, add mangochis into it and let it cook for atleast 15mins until your mangochis turn double in size and gravy gets slight thick. 
-Mangochi is ready to eat! We usually have it with garam fulka or roti or parathe.

Recipe🫔

👉🏻firstly, in a large mixing bowl take 2 cups aata or wheat flour, 1 tsp baking powder, salt to taste and 3 tbsp oil.
👉🏻knead the dough till the dough turns smooth and tight.
👉🏻cover with the moist cloth and rest for at least half an hour

For stuffing:-
👉🏻firstly, in a large kadai heat 2 tsp oil and saute chopped garlic and onion
👉🏻Add all the veggies as shown make sure you finely chop all the vegetables 
👉🏻add in combination of pizza sauce, tomato sauce and pasta sauce and mix well
👉🏻now add in half cup of grated mozzarella cheese and mix well. keep aside and let it cool completely

For pizza mcpuff preparation:-
👉🏻knead the dough slightly and divide the dough half and roll the dough slightly thick
👉🏻cut rectangle pieces with the help of knife as shown in the video 
👉🏻take a spoon of stuffing, and place over one side of the sheet
👉🏻cover the stuffing with other half sheet
👉🏻press the sides gently making sure the stuffing is inside
👉🏻also with the help of fork, press slightly giving a nice impression
👉🏻bake or Air fry in a preheated oven or air fryer at 180 degrees celsius for 15-20minutes. Keep checking!
👉🏻finally, serve healthiest veg pizza mcpuff with tomato sauce or mayonnaise.

Ram Ladoo Recipe🌸

-Now take 1 cup of moong dal, 1//4 cup of chana dal, 1 tbsp of urad dal
-Now, soak all Dal into the water for 4-5 hours or overnight.
-After 4-5 hours, remove the excess water.
-Now take a grinding jar, add soaked dal, Add ginger and green chillies, salt and grind well, and make a coarse batter.
-Now transfer the Batter to a bowl and whisk well with your hands for 5-6 minutes in one direction.
-Now, take some water in a bowl and add prepared Batter into it; if the Batter starts floating on the water, this means Batter is perfect for making Ram Ladoo otherwise whisk a little more.
-Now, place a pan on flame and add oil for frying and heat well.
After the oil is hot, dip your hands into the water, take a small portion of the Batter and add it to oil.
-Now, fry well on medium flame until golden and crispy.
After Pakodi turns golden, transfer them to a plate and fry the next batch.

-Now take a radish, wash & peel the skin and grate it with the help of a grater.
-Now, take some leaves of radish and finely chop them.
-Serve sprinkle chaat masala, green chutney and grated radish and Enjoy😍
