TDR- Triple disc refiner is used for continuous refining of chemical wood pulp, mechanical pulp and waste paper pulp.

Conical refiner- The function of conical refiner is usually to beat coarse pulp, waste paper pulp and so on, before paper making machine.

Double disc refiner- It is an essential equipment during waste paper pulping and new paper making, refining zone between two flat discs rotating in opposite directions makes the DD concept unique.

Cylinder Mould- Its function is sheet forming for tissue/paper/board.

Washing Potcher- Its function is to wash the agro based pulp/waste paper.

Pressure Screen- It is the pulp screening equipment for pulp coarse and fine screen in paper pulping process, with many advantages of high efficiency and energy-saving, etc.

Centricleaners- These centri-cleaners are suitable for effectively removing sand, unbeaten paper chips and other non-fibrous heavy material from pump centrifugal cleaners, available up to 4000 lpm.

M.G Cylinder- MG cylinders/Yankee dryers are primarily used to remove excess moisture from pulp that is about to be converted into paper, & to apply glaze.

Hollander be**er- Its function is to make the pulp from agro based raw material + cotton linter.

Head box- It's the key component in paper making process. Headbox is designed to distribute a continuous flow of wet stock across the width & lengthwise of the machine as stock is deposited.

Calender Machine- Calendering machine is a series of hard pressure rollers used to finish or smoothen a sheet of paper. It is One of the essential machine for the final quality of paper.

Hydra Pulper- Hydra pulper can continuously remove non-fiber impurities that are difficult to disintegrate and has a large production capacity.

Fiber separator- It is mainly used to separate light and heavy impurities in the pulp, and to crush the pulp for a second time. Material: Stainless Steel
Capacity - up to 500 TPD.

Rotary spherical digester- It is a rotary batch cooking pulping equipment suitable for agro based raw materials, It is spherical in shape and consists mainly of spheres, bases, transmissions, etc.

Belt conveyer- It is used to feed Waste Paper or Virgin Pulp to the Pulper.

Rewinder machine- It is used for rewinding and longitudinal slitting of the paper web into narrower rolls of required sizes. it can be designed for tailor made sizes & capacities.

Stock Pumps- They are used for handling pulp stocks. Energy efficient stock pumps suitable for low & high consistencies up to 7%, Pumps can be designed for tailor made sizes & capacities.

B2 Thickener - It is used to collect the fiber & fines from back water to reduce PPM of the back water.

Decker Thickener - It is used for concentrating and washing of both low consistency pulp of wood, straw and waste paper pulp in paper and pulping industry. During pulping operation consistency of various pulps could be raised from 0.5% to 3%.

Agitator- Chest Agitator is one of the necessary equipment in pulp and paper industry, it is used for stirring and mixing longer fiber pulp. Vertical & horizontal types are available for chests up to 100M3.

HD Cleaner- It is used for removal of contaminants like sand, glass, chips, pins, etc. from the pulp stock. capacity up to 10000 lpm.

Vibrating screen - It is used in most all pulp & paper mills to remove knots, shives, plastics & other foreign material.
