Presenting “Shahi Qorma or Safed Shahi Qorma or Warqi Qorma,” it’s called Shahi because of it’s rich, white, creamy, flavourful gravy and the presentation of it which is adorned by pure silver warq (chandi ka warq) or edible silver foil. It’s purely an Awadhi/Mughlai delicacy from my own Lucknow… It differs from safed maas/murg of Rajasthan.
I first tasted it like maybe in my childhood when my Mum and Nani used to prepare it, as my nana loved it. My Nani prepared it solely in desi ghee and the gravy was more white. I made it a little more golden as non Lucknowites are a bit fussy in their eating habits🙃

There are a few things I’d like to tell you guys about our kitchen, so that you all can be well aware of the food you are being served and delivered…
Firstly, you can order us on the given phone no. as well as you can also WhatsApp us your order.
We will require at least 2 to 3 hrs time to prepare ur dish…
Kindly be patient as your food is being prepared taking care of all sorts of hygiene requirements including disposable gloves, cap, masks, ro water etc.
We do not use refine oils. Our food is prepared in mustard oil and desi ghee.
There is no use of any kind of alcohol in our food.
Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian foods are prepared separately in separate utensils and places.
We take great measures for the packing, it’s done in a clean and hygienic manner. Every note is hand written and the food is prepared with lots of love and warmth.
You will be notified at each step as your food is being prepared, when it’s ready to be delivered, whe it’s out for delivery and as soon as we receive the payment.
You will be provided with a up to date bill.
You have to provide us with your phone number (on which you will be available) and full address with a noticeable landmark.
