Sikkim, the Indian state that is 100% organic and plastic free. The small state of Sikkim, Northern India, is nestled high up in the Himalayas has been undergoing a green revolution before it was cool—since 1998 to be exact.

We are starting with an initiative to make India 'Plastic Free' country. We are trying to distribute over 1000 cloth bags to all the vegetable vendors across Delhi NCR. We would require your contribution in being the part of this initiative.

What do you have to do ?

You may collect the cloth bags from us or we will try to get them delivered at your location. We would want you to distribute the bags to the vegetable sellers of your area/locality.

'द अमानत' शिक्षा, कौशल विकास, स्वास्थ्य और स्वच्छता, कल्याण और स्थिरता के क्षेत्र में समाज की महिलाओं और बच्चों को ऊपर उठाने में काम कर रहा है।

हमारी वर्तमान में चल रही पहल ' आत्मनिर्भर जननी' है जिसमें हमने महिलाओं को 'मैक्रैम' की तकनीक सिखाकर एक कौशल विकास कार्यक्रम लागू किया है। अब तक हमने दिल्ली एनसीआर और भारत के उत्तर पूर्व क्षेत्र में कौशल विकास पर कई कार्यशालाएं आयोजित की हैं। हमने 10 से अधिक कार्यशालाओं का आयोजन करके 6 महीने से भी कम समय में लगभग 1000 से अधिक महिलाओं को प्रशिक्षित किया है। हम अपनी आगामी परियोजनाओं पर भी काम कर रहे हैं जो प्लास्टिक के उपयोग को कम करने पर काम करेंगे और हम जानवरों को खिलाने और खाद बनाने के लिए खाद्य अपशिष्ट का उपयोग करने की योजना बना रहे हैं।

We are conducting skill development workshop 'AatmNirbhar Janani'. It will be a two days workshop. In which we shall be teaching the basics of Macrame.
