A day with Chef Alisha, the Pastry Chef at the Academy of Pastry and Culinary Arts India. She graduated from the Institute of Hotel Management Goa in 2011 and was a Gold medallist from the Oberoi Center for Learning and Development ( 2013-2015 ). She has worked with the Oberoi Hotels and Resorts and Oberoi Flight Services as a Junior Sous Chef. Achievements 1. The winner of Callebaut Patissier of the Year 2017. 2. She represented the Academy at the India Pastry Cup competition and was the winner of India Pastry Cup 2017. 3. She represented India at Asian Pastry Cup, Singapore 2018.
