If the ways we are working isn’t working anymore, and hasn’t been for some time, you need to reconsider your tactics. The better we understand ourselves as leaders of our segment, the better we understand the capabilities and limitations of those who work for us.

You never know what people are going through. So pause before you start judging, criticizing, or mocking others. Everybody is fighting their own unique war.
How do we define success? While professional accomplishments can be one piece of the puzzle, it leaves out many other important areas of life. Family, romantic relationships, academics, and athletics are just a few areas where people may strive for success.
