आर जे आई टी संस्थान के छात्र ध्रुव कुमार गर्ग, कैडेट 8 MP बटालियन ग्वालियर ने गड्तंत्र दिवस के आर डी सी कैंप में भाग लिया

जैसा की हम जानते हैं की हर साल गड्तंत्र दिवस के उपलक्ष्य पर DG NCC द्वारा RDC कैंप का आयोजन किआ जाता है। इसमें देश के चुनिंदा कैडेट्स को भाग लेने का मौका मिलता है। इस वर्ष का RDC कैंप RJIT संसथान के लिए ख़ास रहा क्योंकि इसके छात्र ध्रुव कुमार गर्ग का चयन इस कैंप के लिए हुआ था । ध्रुव, 8 MP बटालियन ग्वालियर के कैडेट हैं।

आइये इसकी विस्तृत जानकारी ध्रुव के शब्दों में जानते हैं।
मेरा नाम कैडेट ध्रुव गर्ग है और वर्तमान में मैं RDC-2024 का प्रतिभागी हूं|
RDC NCC द्वारा आयोजित किया जाने वाला सबसे बड़ा वार्षिक कैंप है जिसमें पूरे देश के 17 निदेशालयों से चुनिंदा कैडेट आते हैं| इसकी चयन प्रक्रिया सितंबर माह से शुरू हो जाती है| सर्वप्रथम बटालियन स्तर पर कैडेट का चयन होता है जिसमें अलग-अलग कॉलेज और स्कूल से आए छात्र अपनी प्रतिभा दिखाते हैं|
इस बार ग्वालियर ग्रुप से 60 कैडेट अक्टूबर माह में आयोजित IGC के लिए भोपाल भेजा गया| भोपाल में मध्य प्रदेश छत्तीसगढ़ निदेशालय के 6 ग्रुप के बीच में प्रतिस्पर्धा हुई | इनमें से उत्कृष्ट कैडेट्स को प्री RDC के लिए चयनित किया गया |
प्री RDC में कठोर प्रशिक्षण और प्रतिस्पर्धा के बाद मध्य प्रदेश छत्तीसगढ़ निदेशालय के 128 कैडेट का चयन RDC-2024 दिल्ली के लिए हुआ|
RDC का आयोजन डीजी एनसीसी द्वारा किया जाता है और यहां पूरे देश से आए कैडेट एक साथ रहते हैं। यह कैडेट्स अलग-अलग संस्कृति और भाषाओं से सम्बन्ध रखते हैं। यहां पर लद्दाख, अंडमान निकोबार और लक्षद्वीप जैसी जगह से भी कैडेट पहुंचे हैं। शुरुआती दिनों में सभी प्रकार की प्रतिस्पर्धाएं होती है जैसे गार्ड ऑफ ऑनर ,कर्तव्य पथ, बेस्ट कैडेट्स , YEP, सांस्कृतिक आदि।
कैंप का आधिकारिक शुभारंभ भारत के उपराष्ट्रपति श्री जगदीप धनखड़ द्वारा 5 जनवरी को किया गया। इसके पश्चात COAS, CNS, CAS, CDS नें कैंप का दौरा किया। कैडेट्स को इनके घर जाने का भी मौका मिला। दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री श्री अरविंद केजरीवाल, राज्य रक्षा मंत्री श्री अजय भट्ट, भारत के रक्षा मंत्री श्री राजनाथ सिंह,एवं रक्षा सचिव ने भी क्रमशः कैंप का दौरा किया| केडेटस् से मिलने परमवीर चक्र सूबेदार मेजर संजय कुमार जी भी आए। 14 जनवरी को सभी कैडेट को दिल्ली दर्शन पर ले जाया गया वहां हमने प्रधानमंत्री संग्रहालय, इंडिया गेट , राष्ट्रीय समर स्मारक घूमाया गया|

यहां पर कड़ाके की सर्दी के बावजूद हमारी दिनचर्या सुबह 4:00 बजे से शुरू हो जाती है और रात 10:00 बजे तक चलती है| अलग-अलग इवेंट से आए कैडेट्स को उनके अनुरूप ट्रेनिंग दी जाती है| इस बार कर्तव्य पथ पर कठोर प्रशिक्षण के बाद 144 गर्ल्स कैडेट्स ने मार्च किया और नारी शक्ति का परिचय दिया |
सेनाओं में भर्ती होने के इच्छुक छात्रों का मार्गदर्शन करने के लिए सभी सेनाओं की रिक्वायरमेंट सेल के अधिकारियों ने छात्रों का मार्गदर्शन किया। अंत में हमें प्रधानमंत्री आवास ले जाया गया और उनके साथ ग्रुप फोटो हुई|
27 जनवरी को आयोजित प्रधानमंत्री रैली में एनसीसी के कैडेट्स नें मार्च किया। आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी ने गॉर्ड का निरीक्षण किया और छात्रों को संबोधित किया|
28 जनवरी को परिणामों की घोषणा की गई और मध्य प्रदेश छत्तीसगढ़ निदेशालय ने 17 निदेशालय के बीच में छठा स्थान प्राप्त किया, जो की पिछले वर्ष (RDC 2023 ) की तुलना में काफी उत्तम रहा।
RDC कैंप में मुझे बहुत कुछ सीखने को मिला और यह अनुभव मुझे जीवन भर याद रहेगा।
ध्रुव कुमार गर्ग की इस उपलब्धि पर RJIT संस्थान के मुख्य प्रशासक एवं प्राचार्य श्री अजित कुमार पी , संस्था के एनसीसी ऐएनओ लेफ्टिनेंट गौरव भरद्वाज एवं लेफ्टिनेंट योगिता वर्मा ने ध्रुव की इस उपलब्धि पर उसे बधाई दी एवं 8 MP बटालियन ग्वालियर के कमांडिंग अफसर कर्नल आर एस लेहल (सेना मैडल), प्रशाशनिक अधिकारी कर्नल लोकेश देवा एवं सभी ट्रेनिंग इंस्ट्रक्टर्स को धन्यवाद् व्यक्त किया।

One of RJIT NCC cadet Dhruv Kumar (ECE 3rd year) got selected for RDC camp and currently spending good time there.

Today he got the chance to represent MP&CG Directorate of NCC while Chief of Naval Staff Admiral R. Harikumar and NCC DG Lt Gen Gurbirpal Singh visited RDC camp.

RJIT wishes him all the best for his all future endeavours.👍

Prashant Gupta, an Electrical Engineering student of RJIT, won the Gold medal at the state-level karate championship and has been selected to represent Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya (RGPV) in the All India University competition.

मध्य प्रदेश काउंसिल ऑफ साइंस एंड टेक्नोलॉजी भोपाल द्वारा प्रायोजित अंतरराष्ट्रीय सेमिनार का बी एस एफ द्वारा संचालित रुस्तमजी इंस्टिट्यूट ऑफ़ टेक्नोलॉजी में सफल आयोजन राष्ट्रीय गणित दिवस के अवसर किया गया जिसका शीर्षक था द वर्क ऑफ़ श्रीनिवास रामानुजन एंड देयर एप्लीकेशंस इन साइंस एंड इंजीनियरिंग | कार्यक्रम का प्रारंभ मां सरस्वती और श्रीनिवास रामानुजन के चित्र पर माल्यार्पण कर प्रारंभ हुआ इस अवसर पर महाविद्यालय की छात्राओं ने सरस्वती वंदना प्रस्तुत की |
इस आयोजन के मुख्य अतिथि श्री रवि गांधी ADG बीएसएफ अकादमी /वाइस चेयरमैन आर जे आई टी थे कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता श्री अजीत कुमार पी , मुख्य प्रशासक एवं डी आई जी ने की एवं कार्यक्रम का संचालन डॉक्टर मनोज शर्मा एवं आभार प्रदर्शन डॉ उमाशंकर शर्मा रजिस्ट्रार आर जे आई टी ने किया |
यह कार्यक्रम हाइब्रिड मोड में आयोजित किया गया इस सेमिनार के मुख्य वक्ता देश और विदेश से शामिल हुए जिसमें पोलैंड के प्रोफेसर तेदूज जोरास्कि, जर्मनी के प्रोफेसर जुर्गेन ओंफ्रिएड, नामीबिया से प्रोफेसर राकेश कुमार, चिल्ली से प्रोफेसर मिलन, साउथ अफ्रीका से प्रोफेसर जयप्रकाश, एवं अटल बिहारी वाजपेई आई आई आई टी एम ग्वालियर संस्थान से प्रोफेसर जयदीप धर शामिल हुए | कार्यक्रम में मुख्य अतिथि श्री रवि गांधी ADG बीएसएफ ने बताया कि आर जे आई टी अपने गौरवशाली सफलतम 25 वर्ष पूरे कर रहा है इस श्रृंखला में इस तरह के आयोजन आगे भी किए जाएं एवं गणित दिवस पर जो आयोजन किया है उसके लिए उन्होंने आयोजन समिति को बधाई दी जिसमें मुख्यतः डॉ मनोज शर्मा समन्वयक, डॉ उमाशंकर शर्मा कार्यक्रम सचिव रजिस्ट्रार, डॉ रश्मि शाह उपसंयोजक, प्रोफेसर चेतन पाठक, प्रोफेसर अभय तिवारी कार्यक्रम कोऑर्डिनेटर, प्रोफेसर जगदीश माखीजानी, प्रोफेसर के के गौतम, प्रोफेसर योगराज शर्मा, प्रोफेसर गौरव सक्सेना, प्रोफेसर अरविंद शर्मा आदि को बधाई दी | इस अवसर पर छात्र-छात्राओं ने श्रीनिवास रामानुजन के विषय पर क्विज स्पीच आदि कार्यक्रम में भाग लिया साथ ही साथ श्रीनिवास रामानुजन की पेंटिंग और स्केच बनाकर सभी का मन मोह लिया |

Today, an event was organized by the Campus Shuttle RJIT chapter of OFFBEATS, a forum created by IT students under the IT department.

The event featured an address by IT alumni, Mr. Abhilash Dubey He enlightened students on various campus and future-related points, providing tips and tricks for placements in prominent companies like Infosys and Microsoft. Mr. Abhilash Dubey discussed how to grow and survive in these competitive environments.

The event was gracefully handled by students Mr. Ayush Morbar, Mr. Arghya Chaudhary, Ms. Naina Rathore, Ms. Anjali Lekhak, Ms. Priya Namdev, Ms. Shivani Kumari, Ms. Priyanka Yadav, and Mr. Premprakash Prajapat, with the support of faculty adviser Prof. Aradhana Saxena.

Key Highlights from Mr. Abhilash's Discussion:

Emphasis on effective communication skills and confidence in English-speaking abilities.
The importance of aptitude in the placement process.
Focus on both minor and major projects, encouraging uniqueness and differentiation.
Recognition of the ongoing trend in Artificial Intelligence (AI), with good job prospects for average students.
Advice to emphasize domain-specific skills during technical interviews.
Consideration of pursuing M.Tech or MBA only from reputed institutions like IITs or IIMs.
The necessity of staying updated with daily technological changes in the IT field.
The growing significance of Data Engineering.
The recommendation to develop business analyst skills for a successful career.
Insights into studying abroad, highlighting the ease of the process and the need to clear English proficiency tests.
Studying abroad is easy nowadays. One needs to crack the English proficiency test. Apart from that, there are almost two days of classes, and the remaining days can be utilized to work, managing expenses and fees.
Mr. Abhilash Dubey also shared his journey from RJIT campus to his career at Microsoft, including struggles and achievements over his 9-year career. He emphasized the importance of understanding concepts well and showcasing practical skills. Mr. Dubey concluded with the advice, "Do what you like or do what you are currently doing, but do it well."

He welcomed and addressed every question, emphasizing the importance of seeking answers in the journey toward success.
