Our Konkan home project is taking shape beautifully !
We designed this house keeping in mind the context and place, with sloping roof as a functional element since rainfall is very high there. Local stone - Laterite (Jhambha) is used for construction. Openings designed to enjoy the scenic view around with window seatings and proper overhangs for rain protection.
Design is all about understanding the context, conceptualizing spaces using that as a base and coming up with solutions that are relevant and coherent with the nature of use and people

So excited at the successful completion of our Multispeciality Clinic project @ Bachupally
Client: Paramitha Clinic
Area : 3600 sft
Location : Bachupally, Hyderabad
The interiors for this Clinic have been designed with bright yet pleasant colours, dynamic ceiling design and lighting and a Grand Reception and Waiting area invoking positive vibes when the patients walk in. Since a large no of patients are children, the colours and the animal wallpaper near the play area would help them feel comfortable and calm while they are feeling unwell. The overall space is psychologically therapeutic and aids in calming the senses of the patients right from the time they walk in.
