" Happy World TB Day 2024! The SaCHA-DoH had been providing effectve & quality treatment and care for TB in Sindh with Partnership of National TB control program of Pakistan. The theme of this year is 'Yes! We can end TB!' it coveys a message of hope that getting back-on-track to turn the tide againts TB epidemic is possible through high level of leadership, increaseed investment and faster uptake of new "WHO" recomendations. I salute to all the committed doctors, paramedics, nurses, who have been part of this amazing work to contribute in control of TB in Pakistan. Especially, all the former and existing staff of SaCHA, TB control program of the Diocese of Hyderabad, Church of Pakistan.

خوشی کب ہوتی ہے؟؟؟؟؟؟ اپنی ذندگی میں خوشیاں لائیے ذندگی بھرپور طریقے سے جینے کی کوشش کریں، کیونکہ ذندگی انمول ہے اپنی ذہنی، جسمانی صحت کا خیال رکھیے،
ہاتھ دھونے سے بہت سی بیماریوں سے محفوظ رہ سکتے ہیں، ہاتھ دھونے کی عادت اپنائیے خاصکر کریٹیکل اوقات میں صابن سے ھاتھ دھونے چاہیں۔ ان طریقوں سے اچھی طرح ہاتھ دھوئے جاسکتے ہیں۔
پاکستان میں چھوٹی عمر میں شادی جرم ہے، اگر کسی کی ذبردستی شادی ۱۸ سال سے کم عمر میں ہوتا دیکھیں تو پولیس یا چائیلڈ پرٹیکشن ادرارے کو فورا اطلاع دیں۔ بچون سے مشقت کروانا بھی جرم ہے۔ بچوں کو اسکول میں داخل کروائیں اور ماں باپ کو حوصلہ افزائی کریں کہ بچوں کو تعلیم دلوائیں۔
ذہنی صحت سب کے لیے بہت اہمیت کا باعث ہے، موجودہ ملکی صورتحال میں جیسے کہ مہنگائی، بے روز گاری، معاشی بحران، سیاسی غیر یقینی اور سکیورٹی اور سیفٹی جیسے خدشات بہت سی ذہنی بیماریوں کا سبب ہیں، اپنی اور اپنے پیاروں کی ذہنی صحت کا خیال رکھیں اور غر ضروری اسٹریس اور پریشانی سے بچیں اور اس پیغام کو شیر کریں۔
