Directions of use :
Place one cup of Jack Fruit Instant Millets Dosa mix powder in a vessel, and add one (1) cup of water to the mix. Thoroughly stir the mix to make a smooth batter without lumps. If the batter is thick, add a little water to it until it gets the right consistency.
Keep the batter aside for 5 minutes after mixing
Place a flat non-stick dosa pan on a medium flame. Put small amounts of oil on the pan and spread it over (For better results spread the oil with a half-cut onion piece).
Pour a ladle full of pre-mixed batter into the pan and spread it evenly. Roast both sides. Instant soft and crispy Millets Dosa ready in 10 minutes.
It is best served with onion potato curry or chutney.

Take one glass of water into an idli cooker. Spread a few drops of ghee or vegetable oil into the idli molds and keep it ready.
Place one cup of jack fruit instant idli mix powder in a vessel, and add one (1) cup of water to the mix. Thoroughly mix it with your hands to make a smooth batter without lumps. Mix it until it gets the right consistency.
Keep the batter aside for 30 seconds after mixing
Pour the batter with a ladle into the previously prepared idli molds. Steam cook for approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Soft, puffy, spongy, & delicious jack fruit idli's ready on time.
It is best served with Chettinaad chutney.
