In the police investigation, Venkataramana has been confirmed to have about 250 cases against him in the states of AP and Telangana... There are about 100 cases against him in Telangana... Manani Buddhi who has already gone to jail many times for theft cases...

A complaint has been received about house thefts in Pocharam and Ghatkesar police stations.

According to the complaint, Pocharam and Ghatkesar police examined around 200 CCTV cameras and identified Venkataramana as the accused.

Venkataramana was taken into custody by the police while roaming in Jeedimetla area.

Venkataramana from Vijayawada, when he was 20 years old, came to Jedimetar in Balanagar and married a woman from Janagama who was working in a scrap shop and continued to live.

Venkataramana, who is currently staying in Janagama, has committed six thefts in recent times. There are three cases of theft in Pocharam PS, one case in Ghatkesar PS and two cases in Siddipet PS.

We seized 21 tolas of gold, 1 kg of silver and cash of RsAfter the media conference, the accused Venkataramana was taken to remand.

The Cyberabad Police arrested the accused who is responsible for killing the deceased Mohammed Maqbool Ahmed Sio Mohammed Khasim, R/o Indira Nagar Hassan Nagar at Indra Nagar Bus Stop on 04-05-2024 night hours under Attapur Police Station limits and apprehended them.

Name of the accused persons: -

Mohammed Amjad Khan S/o Ahmed Khan, Age: 40 yrs, Occ, Business, Rio Indra Nagar, Hassan Nagar, Rajendranagar, Ranga Reddy Dist.

Details of the Deceased: -

Mohd. Maqbool @ Ahmed S/o Late Mohd. Khasim. Age: 60 yrs, Occ: Business, R/o Indira Nagar, Hassan Nagar, Rajendranagar, Ranga Reddy Dist.

This is a case of "Murder", which was occurred on 04-05-2024 at Indra Nagar Bus Stop, Hassan Nagar under Attapur Police Station, wherein the accused & deceased are residing in the same locality and due to sharing of money which earned on real estate business disputes arose and the accused hatched a plan to eliminate the deceased Mohd Maqbool Ahmed and his friends

The deceased along with his friends N.Manoj Kumar, Abrar Shareef and accused Amjad are friends hails from Hassan Nagar, Rajendranagar. They have sold the lands at various places, but the deceased and N.Manoj Kumar, Abrar Shareef did not given proper share to the accused and despite of several requests made by the accused they did not given share to the accused and dodged the matter on one pretext or the other again and again the accused has asked for money again they have insulted the accused. Due to which the accused vexed with the attitude of deceased and his friends Abrar Shareef and Manoj Kumar, decided to eliminate them. Since three days prior to the incident the accused with an intention to eliminate any one who came across to him, he kept a knife in his Activa Scooty and waiting for an opportunity. On 04-05-2024 the accused comes to know that the public meeting is being held at Indira Nagar Bus Stop. Hassan Nagar, Rajendranagar wherein the deceased and his friends, others are gathering then the accused has consumed beer and went to the scene of offence with knife on his two- wheeler bike and noticed that the deceased and his friends were present taking the advantage the accused attacked on the deceased and Manoj Kumar with knife and caused severe injuries, immediately they were referred to private hospital for treatment and where the deceased was died Manoj was hospitalized

PRESS NOTE

This is case of illegal sales of G***a and Narcotic Substances M**A (Methylene Dioxy Methyl Amphetamine). Wherein the accused Goswami Ashish Gir @ Ashish S/o. Goswami Raju Gir, aged: 24 years, Occ: Working in cloth store, R/o H.No. 18-8-440, Lalithabagh, Uppuguda, Hyderabad is selling the G***a per Kg. Rs.15,000/- and M**A per gram Rs. 4000/- to known/needy customers in Hyderabad city.

Previously the accused Goswami Ashish Gir was arrested in 2 cases l.e. 1) Cr.No. 49/2020 U/s 8(c) r/w 20(b) of NDPS Act-1985 of Mangalhat PS, Hyderabad and 2) Cr.No. 169/2021 U/s 8 (c) r/w 20 (b) (ii) (C) OF NDPS ACT-1985 of Charminar PS. He was remanded to Chanchalguda Jail. Where, he got friend ship with 1) Milan Debanth N/o Odisha Dist., is a drug peddler, he brought the G***a from Odisha and sales in Hyderabad and 2) KM @ Sayyed SK @ Babe R/o Mumbai who is a drug peddler, he supplies the M**A & other NDPS substances in Hyderabad. The accused Goswami Ashish purchased about 6 Kgs of G***a from Milan Debanth at the rate of Rs. 8000/- per kg and selling at Rs. 15,000/- per Kg. He purchased about 18 Grms of M**A from KM @ Sayyed SK @ Babe, at the rate of Rs.1500/- per gram and selling at Rs. 4000/- per gram.

Facts of the case are that, on 22-03-2024 at 12:30 hours, on receipt of credible information that, the accused is carrying the ganja/Narcotic substances in his four wheeler vehicle through Uppuguda Jhanda. Basing on the information, under the supervision of Sri. CH. Chandra Shekar, ACP Chatrinaka Division, SHO Chatrinaka V. Srinivas Reddy, SI R. Thrimurthulu and staff of PS Chatrinaka Sri B. Komaraiah HC 9150, Sri V. Venkatesh PC 30045, Sri Syed Laiq Mehdi PC 6224 rushed to Uppuguda Jhenda and organized vehicle checking from 1400 hours onwards. At about 14:30 hours, police stopped one Four Wheeler Maruthi Suzuki Swift car bearing No. AP 29 СВ 7587 which driving by the accused. Police checked car's dickey and found one shoulder bag Lenovo company make. From that bag, the Police seized 1) 6.255 KGs of Ganjs, 2) 18.750 grams (10 small plastic pouches) of M**A 1 3) Snorting Kit (Similar/Looks like Oxford Dictionary), 4) Maruthi Suzuki Swift car bearing No. AP 29 CB 7587, 5) Pocket note book, containing the names and numbers of drug peddlers and consumers, 6) Shoulder bag- Lenovo company make and 7) Mobile phone with model Vivo Y75 from the possession of the accused. G***a worth Rs. 1,56,375/- and M**A Worth s-2,25,000/- total worth 14.3,81, 375/-.

Further SHO, Chatrinaka PS, registered a case in Cr.No. 142/2024 U/Sec. 8 (C) r/w. 22 (C), 27 of NDPS Act-1985 and took up investigation. The arrested accused being produced before the Hon'ble Court.
