E-meet Himani, a 52 years old homemaker, and mother of a 23 year old daughter. Himani has demonstrated wonderfully that age is not a factor if someone decides to take charge of their health. Her story in her own words -
"Since the very beginning, I had a very slim frame. But from the last 11-12 years, my body started showing signs of ill health in various ways, and I started gaining weight. During this time only, I got diagnosed with Hypothyroidism and slowly began developing issues like knee pain, which worsened over the years. I could barely bend down, and if I had to, it was too painful to handle for some reason. Other issues were high BP, high cholesterol levels, and lethargy throughout the day. Also, I had been suffering from severe migraine since childhood. I never thought my health could be any better from here, as I was in my 50s now.

Extremely delighted with 13 kg weight loss. Thanks to my coaches.
আজ থেকে 6 years আগে, যখন আমি academic career শেষ করে Job পেলাম, তখন আমার weight ছিল 78kg.Then তারপর covid period এ দেখতে দেখতে আমার weight 80kg হয়ে গেছিল,আর ওটাই constant ছিল।আমি একটু food lover,যখন যা পেতাম তাই খেয়ে নিতাম,একটু fastfood খেতে বেশি পছন্দ করি। কোনটাই control হতো না। তাও মাঝেমধ্যে time পেলে একটু নয় workout করতাম কিন্তু তাতে কিছু হতো না। এরকম ভাবেই lifestyle চলতে শুরু করলো।নিজে বুঝতে পারতাম জিনিসটা ঠিক হচ্ছে না but কোনো উপায় ছিলনা। আস্তে আস্তে শরীরটাও lazy হয়ে গেছিল ।
দেখতে দেখতে ২০২২ সালে আমার ওজন বেড়ে হয় 86.6 kg. এর সাথে আমার একটা Migraine এর সমস্যা ছিল।এর জন্য ওষুধ খেতাম but সমস্যাটা ছিলই।একটু কাজ করলেই আমি হাঁপিয়ে পড়তাম আর বেশি দৌড়াদৌড়ি করতে পারতাম না।
এরপর আমি নিজে নিজেই weightloss এর জন্য এক বছর আগে উদ্যোগ নিয়েছিলাম but কোনরকম কারোর guidance ছাড়া করে অনেক problem দেখা যায়। তারপর আমি রেগে weightloss করা ছেড়ে দিই। এরপর আমি কিছু blood test করাই। তখন দেখি অনেক কিছু parameter বর্ডার লাইনে পৌঁছে গেছে এবং fatty liver ধরা পড়ে।
তারপর আমার একজন চেনা জানা ডাক্তার দাদা ও দিদির, transformation আমাকে খুব inspire করেছিল। And I started this program as well without any doubt. I have lost more than 13 kg till now and reached 73kg 😊. I am experiencing excellent health benefits👇

I had gained weight after my pregnancy. Reaching 64.8 Kg for my height was scary for me. My BMI scale was showing 28.1. I was badly looking for solutions, and that's when I saw a beautiful transformation of one of my seniors where she had lost 20 kg with multiple health benefits. And because of her, I got introduced to this healthy weight loss program.
I am so grateful to my coach for the entire weight loss journey. She always listens to all my concerns. As an influencer and mother of a toddler, I do not get enough time to look after my diet, what to eat, how to eat, etc. But my coach made it easy, and I could achieve my health because of her support.
