Deciding between ghar ka swag in a restaurant or resturant wala drama at home is like a recipe for comedy of errors !!! Well, ulta-phulta khana sounds like a recipe for confusion, but is it a norm of today? Reply in the comment section please 🙂

On November 11, honoring World War I military veterans, I must share this post for everyone in the Malwa region. It's believed that rulers from Malwa who volunteered in World War I requested Lord Hardinge, then the Viceroy of India, to name the ships under the regions or origins of the troops. This request, supported by HH Ratlam Sajjan Singhji, HH Jaora Nawab Iftakar Ali Khan Saheb, HH Sailana Jaswant Singhji, HH Jhabua Udai Singh Ji, and HH Sitamau Ram Singhji, along with references from Scindia and Holkars, led to the commissioning of RMS Malwa as a troop carrier.
This information, from my private collection, is for all Malwis to cherish and salute the contributions of our forefathers in the great war. Despite the myth of "dark skin contributions" being overlooked, this story holds significance.
About the ship: SS Malwa, part of the P&O fleet, was built in 1908 and served as a troop carrier during WW1. It first visited Australia in 1909 and was in Perth in 1914 when WW1 was declared. It returned to service in 1920 and was eventually scrapped.
