Before becoming a personal trainer and sports nutritionist i was doing my graduation but unfortunately was not good in study and in that i failed.
When i joined gym i was 14 years old with no ambitions,at that time i was in 8th standard and before that .. When i joined gym i was 14 years old with no ambitions,at that time i was in 8th standard and before that i never thought about fitness and bodybuilding. when i started my graduation i decided to join Indian army but unfortunately my height becomes a issue because I was not that tall enou
gh but than i thought “IF SIZE REALLY MATTERED THAN ELEPHANTS AND GIRAFFE WOULD BE THE KING OF THE JUNGLE”
since when i was 14 years old i never took off from workout(Christmas holidays and Sunday’s are not countable). Than after failing in my graduation i turn myself towards fitness, and gives my 100% in fitness and still trying to do best. In 2014 after completing my personal training course i worked in many gyms and also in couples of home training companies. Whenever i gives someone result by nutrition or personal training, the thing which i like most is that movements is that when they THANK YOU with positive vibes, its not about results but giving my knowledge and experience to someone for achieving their goals and that is what motives me to go more further and learn more about fitness by which I can make this more easier and beneficial for someone and also for myself. Peoples always says that i want to get lean or loss fat or loss weight or want to gain muscle in 3-6 months,

In many gyms Dietitians are doing a job of sports nutritionist. They both have different role. DIETITIANS-A dietitian (or dietician) is an expert in dietetics; that is, human nutrition and the regulation of diet. A dietitian alters their patient’s nutrition based upon their medical condition and individual needs. Dietitians are regulated healthcare professionals licensed to assess, diagnose, and treat nutritional problems. SPORTS NUTRITIONIST-

This is not about 70% diet 30%workout. Its all about
100%diet(1st class protein,essential fats,complex carbs,vitamins&minerals) 100%workout(when and which workout)
100%rest(8 hours sleep). I am not gonna give you diet just on the basis of your height, weight and BMI because all this are worthless if i don’t know your body composition/BMR. They will not tell you that you are ectomorph or mesomorph or endomorph. Just need some details about you like your past weight loss/gain patter, medical issues, body weight, height, weight etc for giving you right result.
