All admissions to the programmes offered by the University/Institute shall be carried out by the University following a single admission window. Multiple rounds of counselling shall be conducted to grant admission to candidates in different programmes.
Admissions will be offered based on the merit of applicants received by the last date. The B. Tech admissions will be first carried out based on JEE / Class 12 Merit for two rounds. Nevertheless, admission to the rest of the programmes will be based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
The University will grant provisional admission to the candidates whose final results have yet to be declared, following the criteria described on the University website, which is subject to the submission of the result by the date of admission/enrolment.
Reservations
In government-funded institutes, the reservations for Uttarakhand candidates will apply as per Uttarakhand Government rules. The reservations will be applicable for all India seats as per the Government rules.

Admission shall be based on the inter-se-merit of JEE (Main)-2024 through counselling at https://techadmissionshry.gov.inn. Two online off-campus.

Admission to B.Arch shall be made based on combined merit prepared either from the percentile of NATA-2024 score or percentile of any other aptitude test recognized by the COA and the Percentage of marks of qualifying exams in 50:50 through two online off-campus counselling on https://techadmissionshry.gov.in.

The candidate's particulars in the application form must be the same as those in the qualifying examination.

After submitting the online application form for the B.E./B. Tech. & B.Arch. Course, the candidates are advised to deposit the Registration Fees online.

The candidates are required to complete 07 stages for registration at www.techadmissionshry.gov.in, i.e., Application Form, Other Details, upload photo and signatures, fill in marks of qualifying examination, confirm their details, upload the requisite documents in PDF, and pay applicable fees.
