For the Dough
1 cup AP Flour
½ cup Melted Unsalted Butter
½ cup Milk
½ cup Granulated Sugar
Filling
¼ cup Strawberry Jam
Eggwash

Candy Eyes
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine everything to make the dough. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 10 min
Preheat the oven to 350F or 180C and line a baking dish with parchment paper
Roll the dough to 1/4 inch thickness and cut circles using a circle cookie cutter. Use the leftover dough to cut thin 1/2 inch strips
Transfer the cut out cookies to a lined baking dish. Top with 1/4 teaspoon of Strawberry Jam and arrange the cut out dough strips unevenly over them to replicate "bandages" over mummies.
Apply eggwash over the hand pies and bake them for 10 min
Add candy eyes over them and serve.

1 tablespoon cacao powder unsweetened, organic, gluten-free
1 cup coconut oil Unrefined extra virgin, cold-pressed
Avocado Mousse
1-2 large avocados

INSTRUCTIONS
Making Chocolate Almond Pie Crust
Combine the Ingredients for Chocolate Almond Crust in a food processor or a countertop blender.
Grease a pie dish with coconut oil. I used a non-stick tart and quiche pan with a removable bottom. You can also use a ceramic 9-inch deep dish pan.
Make sure you grease the sides as well.
3. Add the ingredients to the pie dish or tart pan. Press down with your hands.
Make sure you press the pie crust up to the sides. Crimp the sides using your index-finger to the sides of the pie-dish.
Refrigerate and allow the pie crust to set for 30-45 minutes or until completely set.
Making Avocado Mousse
Combine the Ingredients for Avocado Mousse using a countertop blender.
Make Chocolate Avocado Pie
Remove the Chocolate Almond Pie Crust from the fridge.
Pour Avocado Mousse over the crust.
You can use an offset spatula to spread the mousse over the pie crust.
Refrigerate the pie for at least 20 minutes or until set (depending on your climate)
Remove the pie from the removable bottom tart pan. Skip this step if you are using a deep dish pan.
Top with chopped pistachios. Cut in slices and serve.

2 large Avocado pitted and fleshed
3 cloves garlic
2 tablespoon Greek Yogurt
1 teaspoon Salt
½ cup Cilantro chopped

4 Flour Tortillas whole wheat
chopped Cilantro, Lime Juice, BBQ Sauce, Chopped Avocados for topppings
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat Olive Oil in a skillet and add the chicken. Season with salt, pepper, taco seasoning, Cayenne Pepper, Garlic Powder, Thyme, yellow mustard sauce, ketchup and honey. Cook over medium low heat for 4-5 min.
Make Avocado crema by adding all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Assemble the Tacos. Add the Avocado Cream to toasted Tortillas, add the cooked chicken, drizzle bbq sauce over it, add the toppings of your choice and serve.

INSTRUCTIONS
Marinate the Chicken with all the spices. Cook the Chicken over medium low heat in a skillet for just eight minutes
In a bowl add all the ingredients to make your homemade Tzatziki Sauce. Whisk until combined.
Assemble the bowl. Add the chopped lettuce, chopped avocados, cooked chicken and Tzatziki Sauce in a bowl. Top with freshly squeezed lemon juice, fresh springs of Basil and some more of the homemade Tzatziki sauce and enjoy.

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine Chocolate Protein Powder, Cashew Nuts, Unsweetened Chocolate Chips, Zero Sugar Maple Syrup and Low Fat Milk in a blender until you make a dough.
Roll the dough into small balls and transfer to a lined baking dish
Melt sugar free milk chocolate in a bowl and coat the truffles with the melted chocolate.Transfer to the lined tray and freeze for 30 min so that the chocolate sets perfectly.
Once the chocolate has set, simply sprinkle some sea salt on top and serve these chocolate protein truffles.

1 Cup AP Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
½ teaspoon Baking Soda
¼ Cup Unsalted Butter softened
1 whole Egg
½ Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Granulated Sugar
¼ teaspoon Salt
Fruit Pizza Topping
1½ Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
½ Cup Granulated Sugar
1 Cup Blueberries
½ Cup Cherries pitted
INSTRUCTIONS
Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the Egg and Vanilla Extract and mix well.
Add the dry ingredients - Flour, Baking Soda and Baking powder and mix well into a soft cookie dough. Cover it in cling wrap and refrigerate it for 30-40 minutes.
Line a 12-inch baking pan and press the dough on it to make a circle. You can save some Cookie dough and cut out a star shape and bake it later.
Preheat the oven to 350F bake your Sugar Cookie crust for about 18-20 minutes or until it gets light brown from the top.
Cool the Sugar Cookie Completly before you do the frosting
Whisk the Heavy Whipping Cream and Sugar for 3-4 minutes and low to medium speed until it turns light and fluffy. Don't overbeat or you'll knock off all the air.
Spread this over your Sugar Cookie Crust and even the layer.
Top the Pizza with a circle of Blueberries on the edge. Make a small square of Blueberries on the top and make horizontal rows of Red Cherries beside it. Keep the fruits close by for a complete and elegant look.

Green Curry Shrimp | Thai Green Curry Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb Jumbo Shrimps peeled and deveined (you can either keep the tails or remove them)
1 teaspoon coconut oil
1 medium red onions peeled and thinly sliced (you can also use white onion or yellow onion)
4 cloves garlic minced
Kosher Salt to taste
2½ tablespoons Thai Green Curry Paste
1 cup Coconut Milk
1 teaspoon Coconut Sugar
4-5 teaspoons fish sauce I love Red Boat Fish Sauce
2 tablespoons lime juice optional
bird eye chilies slit (optional) for garnish
Thai Basil and Fresh Kaffir Lime Leaves for garnish (optional)
HOW TO MAKE:
1. Heat some coconut oil over medium-high heat in a sauté pan or Cast-Iron Skillet. Add onions and garlic.
2. Sauté on low heat until the onions become soft but are not brown.
3. Add Thai Green Curry Paste, Kosher Salt, Coconut Milk, Coconut Sugar, Fish Sauce, and Lime Juice. Stir well and bring it to a boil.
4. If you want your curry to be liquid, add more water. If you prefer more heat, spice it up with red pepper flakes.
5. When the curry comes to a boil, add shrimps and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat until the shrimps are perfectly cooked.
6. Serve with fresh kaffir lime leaves and Thai Basil over a rice bowl.
Cajun Butter Crockpot Chicken Thighs and Rice

6-8 medium bone-in chicken thighs approximately 2 pounds
Salt as per taste
freshly ground black pepper as per taste
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon cajun seasoning see note 1 for recipe*
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
½ cup unsalted butter melted
2-3 tablespoons olive oil divided
2 tablespoons butter or ghee optional (for added richness to the rice)
1½ cup Jasmine rice washed and drained
3 cups low sodium chicken broth
2 tablespoons light brown sugar
4 cloves garlic minced
freshly chopped parsley for garnish
HOW TO MAKE:
1. Rub chicken with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, dried oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, Cajun Seasoning, melted Butter, and olive oil.
2. In a non-stick pan heat some olive oil. When the oil gets hot, add chicken thighs skin side down, and sear until it turns light brown for 2-3 minutes. Flip over and sear another side as well.
3. Glaze the bottom of the slow cooker with some olive oil. Add butter or ghee for added richness to the finished rice.
4. Add pan-seared chicken thighs in one single layer. Add in jasmine rice, low sodium chicken broth, light brown sugar, and minced garlic cloves. Toss lightly and cover your crockpot with a glass lid.
5. Slow cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8-hours. Stir the rice at 1-hour mark
6. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve right away.
Crockpot Chicken Thighs in Creamy Garlic Parmesan Sauce (just 4-ingredients)

INGREDIENTS:
1 lbs Chicken Thighs Boneless, Skinless (4 small-medium pieces)
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
8 oz Cream Cheese softened at room temp.
1 cup Heavy Cream or light cream
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning or oregano
3-4 cloves Garlic
½ cup Water or Low Sodium Chicken Broth
2 tbsp Cornstarch and 2 tbsp water to make cornstarch slurry
½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
Freshly chopped Parsley for garnish
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Grease the inside of the Crockpot with Olive Oil. Add Softened Cream Cheese, Grated Parmesan Cheese, Heavy Cream, fresh minced cloves of Garlic, Italian seasoning or oregano, and Water to the pot. Stir to combine everything. Place the Chicken Thigh pieces on it.
2. Season the Chicken Thigh pieces with salt, pepper, and some more grated Parmesan Cheese. Cover with the lid and slow cook on high for 2 hours or on low for 4 hours.
After it gets cooked, combine 2 tbsp of Cornstarch with 3 tbsp of water. Mix until combined and pour over the chicken. Toss to combine. Cover and let sit for 10 min so it keeps warm and the cornstarch thickens the sauce.
3. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve

1 sheet Graham Crackers made to crumbs
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 stick unsalted butter melted
Lemon Cheesecake filling
2 big Lemons juiced
4 oz Cream Cheese
1 cup Heavy Cream ½
½ cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
Lemon Cheesecake frosting
2 tablespoon Sour Cream
½ cup Heavy Cream
Lemon Rinds, Mint Leaves & Almond Slivers for garnish (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl, combine Graham Cracker Crumbs with Vanilla Extract and Melted Butter. Toss until combined. Layer it at the bottom of serving glass jugs.
Whip chilled Heavy cream until creamy with stiff peaks. Keep it aside
Beat Cream Cheese with Lemon Juice and Sweetened Condensed Milk until smooth and creamy. Add 2 tablespoon of the whipped heavy cream and beat again until combined. Take it all up in a Piping Bag with your favorite Nozzle
For the frosting, add some Sour Cream to your already whipped Cream. Beat just until combined. Take it up in a piping bag with your favorite nozzle.
Pour the cheesecake filling over the Graham Cracker layer. Top with the Whipped cream and Sour Cream frosting.
Garnish the Lemon Cheesecake with some Almond Slivers, Mint Leaves, and Lemon rinds. Refrigerate until served!

INGREDIENTS
2 cups Cottage Cheese
2 scoops Protein Powder optional
½ cup Maple Syrup zero sugar
2 tablespoon Cocoa Powder optional
¼ cup fresh orange juice optional
1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips unsweetened
INSTRUCTIONS
In a high speed blender or ice cream maker, blend together cottage cheese with choice of frozen fruit, until smooth and creamy.
If you're using whey protein powder or cocoa powder or orange juice to make orange chocolate cottage cheese ice cream, you can add them to the blender along with the other ingredients and blend until smooth
Transfer this mixture to a loaf pan or an ice cream pan and cover tightly with a sling wrap. Let it refrigerate for up to 7-8 hours.
Freeze for 1 hour before scooping and serving.

Air fryer Sesame Cauliflower (118cal per serving)

All you need to do is coat cauliflower with flour, salt, pepper and milk and air fry them until crispy
Dip each Cauliflower Floret into the batter. Coat it evenly. Cook in Air Fryer at 400°F OR 200°C for 15-minutes.
In a pan heat some Sesame Oil. Add Soy Sauce, Rice Vinegar, Maple Syrup, Cornstarch, and Vegetable Stock. Let it come to a slow boil on low heat. The sauce will thicken and will become sticky. Stir often and once it is thick take it off the heat.
Once Cauliflower is fried take it out of the Air Fryer basket. Coat each Cauliflower in the sticky Sesame Sauce. Garnish with Sesame Seeds and chopped Spring Onions.

Air-Fryer Sweet Potato Fries (Zero Oil)

Cajun Seasoning
1 Tablespoon Onion Powder

½ Tablespoon Dried Thyme

Sweet Potato Fries
1 medium sized Sweet Potatoes peeled and sliced into 1/4 inch thickness
2 tablespoon Cornstarch
Garnish
1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
chopped Cilantro
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all the ingredients using a spoon and your Cajun seasoning. Store it in an air-tight container and it will stay fresh for upto 1 year.
Wash and Peel Sweet Potatoes. Slice them into 1/4 inch thickness. Make sure that they are of uniform sizes or else the thinner ones will get cooked faster and will get burnt (see video for a visual)
Dust Cornstarch & Cajun Seasoning over the Sweet Potatoes. Toss well so that they get evenly coated. Throw it all in the Air fryer. You can lightly grease the Air Fryer Pot with vegetable oil or cooking spray.
Air Fry Sweet Potatoes for 10 min, tossing at 8 min intervals at a temp of 350F or 180C.
Serve immediately. Garnish with some chopped Cilantro. Dust some Cayenne Pepper on top. Serve with any sauce or aioli you love.

INGREDIENTS
6 cups Watermelon cubed
1 medium sized Red Onion thinly sliced
1 medium sized Persian Cucumber diced
½ cup Feta Cheese crumbled, use Greek Feta Cheese
¼ cup Mint Leaves chopped (can replace with fresh Basil)
for the vinaigrette
2 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Honey
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 tablespoon White Vinegar can replace with cider vinegar or Balsamic Vinegar
½ teaspoon Sea Salt freshly cracked
1 teaspoon Lime Zest
2 teaspoon Lime Juice juice of 1 Lime (can replace with fresh Lemon Juice)
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large Salad mixing bowl, combine Cubed Watermelon with sliced Red Onions, diced Cucumbers, and Crumbled Feta Cheese.
In a mixing jar or bowl, add all the ingredients to make the Vinaigrette. Shake or Whisk until combined.
Pour the Vinaigrette over the Salad. Toss until everything combines through. Refrigerate for 30 min before serving for ideal taste!

No-Bake Lemon Cheesecake
INGREDIENTS
Graham Cracker Crust
1 sheet Graham Crackers made to crumbs
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 stick unsalted butter melted
Lemon Cheesecake filling
2 big Lemons juiced
4 oz Cream Cheese
1 cup Heavy Cream ½
½ cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
Lemon Cheesecake frosting
2 tablespoon Sour Cream
½ cup Heavy Cream
Lemon Rinds, Mint Leaves & Almond Slivers for garnish (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl, combine Graham Cracker Crumbs with Vanilla Extract and Melted Butter. Toss until combined. Layer it at the bottom of serving glass jugs.
Whip chilled Heavy cream until creamy with stiff peaks. Keep it aside
Beat Cream Cheese with Lemon Juice and Sweetened Condensed Milk until smooth and creamy. Add 2 tablespoon of the whipped heavy cream and beat again until combined. Take it all up in a Piping Bag with your favorite Nozzle
For the frosting, add some Sour Cream to your already whipped Cream. Beat just until combined. Take it up in a piping bag with your favorite nozzle.
Pour the cheesecake filling over the Graham Cracker layer. Top with the Whipped cream and Sour Cream frosting.
Garnish the Lemon Cheesecake with some Almond Slivers, Mint Leaves, and Lemon rinds. Refrigerate until served!

INSTRUCTIONS
In a blender, blend together Vanilla Ice Cream, Heavy Cream, Green Gel Food Coloring, Mint Extract, and Vanilla Extract. Blend until smooth and creamy at high speed.
Serve with the whipped cream topping, green sprinkles, and a cherry on top.
