The human brain is a marvel of complexity, comprising billions of interconnected neurons that communicate through intricate networks. These neural pathways form the basis of our thoughts, emotions, actions, and even our subconscious processes. This neural network is responsible for memory, learning, decision-making, emotional regulation, and more. During my practices, I came to a conclusion regarding yogic practices, it's a strong sense of wisdom feeling which escalates the brain mechanism to a very heightened experience. If these practices are done subtly, your whole way of experiencing life could change to another level. This is not my gut feeling, I literally mean it.
