Kartik month or November month is biggest festival for Vrindavan as it's the favourite month of Krishna.
Kartik (Damodar) is the best, the purest of purifiers, and most glorious of all months. Kartik month is particularly dear to Lord Sri Krishna.
Any vrata, even the smallest, will yield huge results in this month.
Especially visiting Krishna's own eternal home Vrindavan holds great value.
So please do let me know if you have any questions related to this or your travel.

Welcome to new series taking you through Ramayan story in form of picture.
Brief summary of Ramayan 🌻
The Ramayana – “Rama’s journey” - is one of India’s oldest stories. It was first told in the Sanskrit epic poem of Valmiki some two and a half thousand years ago. Since then it has been retold over and over in different forms in many languages of India and beyond.
The Ramayana is India’s best-loved story, full of poignant moments and fascinating characters. The hero Rama is exiled from the kingdom of Ayodhya due to the scheming of his stepmother, Kaikeyi. He is joined in the forest by his beloved wife Sita and his ever-faithful brother Lakshmana. Rama’s doting father, King Dasharatha, dies of a broken heart. Sita is carried off by the wicked demon-king, Ravana. The monkeys and the bears lead the frantic search for her. She is discovered by the devoted monkey Hanuman in Ravana’s stronghold of Lanka. After an epic battle in which Ravana is killed, Sita is rescued. Rama and Sita return in triumph to Ayodhya, ushering in a golden age.
The Ramayana story embodies the Hindu idea of dharma – duty, behaving correctly according to one’s position and role in society. Thus Rama is portrayed as the ideal son and ruler, Sita as the devoted wife, Lakshmana as the perfect brother. But the struggle between Rama and Ravana also represents the triumph of good over evil. Rama is identified as the seventh incarnation (avatara) of the Hindu god Vishnu, the Preserver, who descends to earth whenever evil threatens to overturn cosmic order. The Ramayana is therefore both a great human story and a central text of Hindu devotionalism.
🌈 Today's picture narration in English
Picture Title
"Sage viswamitra asking for Rama and Laxman"
Vishwamitra asked the prince Rama to protect the Yagyas from the attacks of the frantic demons. King Dasaratha, who was in great attachment in Ram's love became morose on the thought of sending his son away. Guru Vashistha indicated the observance of Rajdharma. As a result, Rama and Lakshmana were sent along with Vishwamitra.

Hope you are all doing good as with Hindi teaching it's my responsibility and pleasure to keep you updated with all Indian festivals too.
India is known for its diverse cultures and festivals actually festivals are just one another moment of family coming together from different corners leaving their busy schedules and spending time together.
One such occasion is today that's Rakshabandhan/रक्षा बंधन the word raksha/रक्षा means protection bandhan/ बंधन means promise.
On this day, the sisters tie Rakhi on their brother's wrists and wish them a long, prosperous and happy life. In return, the brothers promise to protect their sisters throughout their life.
It's a beautiful way to celebrate the beautiful relationship of brother and sisters.
And one more thing if you don't have one don't worry 🙂 than we tie rakhi to our very own favourite form of God as he comes in our life to fill all missing elements.
So this rakhi do send me pictures either celebrate with God or siblings or both.
Here i posted pictures of my nephew celebrating rakhi at his school.
Happy rakshabandhan to all my beautiful family members out their 💕🎉
