Considering the present scenario, Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur has established a University Placement Cell (UPC) in year 2009 at the university campus. The motto of Placement Cell is to provide the job placement facility to its students, not only to the students of university campus but to the students of all affiliated colleges of CSJM University. From the last 2 years the placement cell is organizing various programs like career counseling, personal development, entrepreneurship development program and placement drives at the university campus to train the students up to the current industry level so that they can have a good placement opportunity for a bright future. Placement Cell is established in Institute of Business Management (IBM), CSJM University campus. University Placement Cell having Group discussion rooms, Interview rooms, Video Conferencing rooms, Industry Interface rooms etc. with a placement cell office.
