Solar Fishing Boat
Asia's first solar powered fishing boat conversion - designed and executed by Navgathi in Gujarat. The boat is a 32 ft fishing boat, locally called Pillana, and before conversion was using 8HP Yamaha OBM. The conversion to solar gives the same performance as the earlier system except the fact that in our system there is no fuel bill!.
This vessel has been in operation for that past three months (since October 2012) and the owner is happy with the performance. The investment of our system like this breaks even in three years.
