Good morning all, we are happy to announce that Department of Food and nutrition in collaboration with IQAC and Health unit of HMMCW are going to organise a webinar on 11 th June 2021 Friday from 4pm to 6pm to discuss about the mental wellness or how to cope up with the stress depression panic attack which is very much common during this pandaemic.. there will be a yoga session for stress management. And also nutrition segments about the role of nutrition for mental wellness.. plz be with us..
