THE EDEN THOTTAM

The design focused on dealing with the difference in elevation levels, specifically a variation of 1.2 meters. This was achieved this by carefully organizing the spaces designated for public use and those for semi-public purposes. The primary goal was to optimize the flow of natural air, which not only aids in ventilation but also contributes to maintaining a comfortable and temperate indoor environment.

The design also sought to seamlessly integrate the building with its natural surroundings. By harmonizing with the existing terrain and the broader environment, the structure becomes a part of the landscape rather than standing out as a separate entity,enhances the aesthetic appeal and also ensures that the building functions in harmony with its surroundings.
