B.TECH IN ROBOTICS & ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

New Interdisciplinary B.Tech program is introduced under Department of ECE from 2022-2023 academic year onwards. Great move by the Government to start such a new generation course in Govt. Sector. It is the first of its kind in Kerala.

Thus the department of ECE will host 2 Btech programmes.
1)B. Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) -60 seats
2) B.Tech in Robotics and Artificial intelligence.(R&AI) -(30 Seats)

The new R&AI programme has involvement of 4 different branches: the Departments of Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, and Electronics &commn. engineering. It has been designed to cover the fundamentals and details of Robotics, Signal Processing, Communication Engineering, and AI.

Students who pass out with R&AI B.Tech will have the ability to design and develop robots with AI and communication capabilities such as humanoids, autonomous vehicle etc.

The future is of Robots with AI. So, we need R&AI engineers to guide the world.
