വനിതാ വികസന കോർപ്പറേഷനും സെന്റർ ഫോർ മാനേജ്മെന്റ് ഡെവലപ്മെന്റും(സി.എം.ഡി) തൊഴിൽ വകുപ്പിനു കീഴിലുള്ള ഓവർസീസ് ഡെവലപ്മെന്റ് ആൻഡ് എംപ്ലോയ്മെന്റ് പ്രോഗ്രാം കൺസൾട്ടന്റ്സ് ലിമിറ്റഡ്(ഒഡെപെകും) സംയുക്തമായാണു പരിപാടി ആവിഷ്‌കരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. ആറു മാസത്തെ ജനറൽ നഴ്സിങ് കോഴ്സ് ഉൾപ്പെടുന്ന പദ്ധതിയിൽ ഇംഗ്ലിഷ് ഭാഷ കൈകാര്യം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള കഴിവ് വർധിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനായി ഐ.ഇ.എൽ.ടി.എസ് / ഒ.ഇ.ടി പരീക്ഷകൾ പാസാക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള പാഠഭാഗങ്ങൾ, അടിസ്ഥാന നഴ്സിങ് സ്‌കില്ലിനു പുറമേ എമർജൻസി ആൻഡ് ക്രിട്ടിക്കൽ കെയർ, ഇൻഫെക്ഷൻ കൺട്രോൾ ആൻഡ് പേഷ്യൻ സേഫ്റ്റി, കംപ്യൂട്ടർ അടിസ്ഥാന വൈദഗ്ധ്യം, പെരുമാറ്റം, സമീപനം എന്നിവ മെച്ചപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിനുള്ള സോഫ്റ്റ് സ്‌കിൽ പരിശീലനം തുടങ്ങിയവ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.
ഒരു ബാച്ചിൽ 30 പേർക്കു വീതമാണു പ്രവേശനം.

സർക്കാർ ധനസഹായത്തോടെ നടത്തുന്ന പരിശീലനത്തിൽ പരമാവധി ഫീസ് ഇളവു ലഭിക്കും. ആറു മാസമാണു പരിശീലന കാലാവധി. 80 ശതമാനം ഹാജരോടെ പരിശീലനം വിജയകരമായി പൂർത്തിയാക്കുന്നവർക്കു ഫീസ് തിരികെ നൽകും. പട്ടികജാതി/പട്ടികവർഗ/ട്രാൻസ്ജെൻഡർ വിഭാഗത്തിന് 100 ശതമാനം ഫീസ് ഇളവു നൽകും. മറ്റു വിഭാഗത്തിലുള്ളവർക്ക് 9,000 രൂപയും ജി.എസ്.ടിയുമായിരിക്കും ഫീസ്. കോഴ്സ് വിജയകരമായി 80 ശതമാനം ഹാജർ പൂർത്തിയാക്കുന്നവർക്ക് 12,000 രൂപ തിരികെ നൽകും. കോഴ്സ് പൂർത്തിയാക്കി 15 മാസത്തിനകം ഐ.ഇ.എൽ.ടി.എസ് / ഒ.ഇ.ടി പാസാകാത്ത പരീശീലനാർഥികൾക്ക് 6,000 രൂപ തിരികെ നൽകും. പരിശീലനം വിജയകരമായി പൂർത്തിയാക്കുന്നവർക്ക് യു.കെയിലുള്ള ആശുപത്രികളിൽ ഒഡെപെക് മുഖേന ജോലി സാധ്യത ഉറപ്പാക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.
