9th Late Lady Cadet Stanzin Odzes Memorial Inter Village ice hockey tournament 2022-23 commenced today.

On the opening match, Deputy Cdr Col. K. Kashyap 114 infantry Brigade was the chief guest who was accompanied by Ka Lundup Namgyal (Katley) President Lalok winter sports Association along with many dignitaries .

The opening match was played between Chushul (A) team and Durbuk (A) team. Chushul ( A ) won the match by scoring 21 goals while Durbuk A scored only 01 goal.

The tournament is being organised by Lalok winter sports association in Collaboration with 114 infantry Brigade at 114 infantry bridge ice hockey rink in Durbuk.

There are 10 teams including Chushul A, Chushul B, Phulak, Shachukul A, Shachukul B, Tangtse Tharuk, Durbuk A, DSC, Kargam and Pangong teams are participating from different villages of Lalok region.

In the four day- league match, all teams are gearing up to bag the winners trophy and cash prizes and the spectators to have great pleasure watching the league matches.
