Counselling is a very important element of enhancing job performance and work output of an employee.
Day 155: When you stop chasing results and start working on actions towards the goals without the fear of outcome, is the day you win.
Day 154: You need to be brave enough to embrace your mistakes and victories equally.
Day 153: Unfold your true self out of the shell called expectations.
Day 152: A succesful life is made with small habits that brings happiness into your life, so go for a walk either alone or with a loved one.
Day 151: Going with the flow cannot bring you peace, it can only make you lose sleep. The results you desire can only be reality when you start working towards it with all your mind, heart and soul. The work of destiny is not to carve a path for you but it is to award you based on your efforts.
Day 150: We often get discouraged when we don't see results right away, but any idea or plan needs time to reap the results.
Day 149: Build suistanable habits through gradual progression.
Day 147: Happiness doesn't always comes from big things, happiness is quite often found in smell of books, watching the sunset, hearing the birds chirp in the morning and sharing a good cup of coffee/tea with your family.
Day 146: Anxiety is caused when we start assuming the numerous outcomes of future. Start living in present and treat the future like some exciting mystery, so you can enjoy every part of now.
Day 145: When you hold a grudge you are also holding on to anger, hatered and pain, and this only multiplies over time. It takes up the space required for your happiness, let go of the grudge and start forgiving people.
Day 144: Do not feel demotivated if you see someone achieve a goal before you. You are not in competition with others, you are on a journey to discover yourself and finding your own way.
Day 143: Know who you are inside and out. Once you know and accept yourself in totality things will look as simple as a line. You will no longer be stuck in a maze of impressing others and seeking external validation.
Day 142: Know what you stand for and know what are your values. Once you know the reason behind your emotions and actions then no one will be able to shake up your confidence.
Day 141: Mondays can be stressful and too much, so don't forget to take a long breath and pause+refresh.
Day 140: Following business ethics might not be easy but it is guarnteed way to success.
Day 139: Everyday take out one hour for professional development,1 hour doing what you love and 1 hour for your family and loved one. You can spend more than 1 hour but keep in mind it all should remain in a balance for a happy and content life.
Day 138: You have to keep evolving and recreating yourself.
Read books and poetry. Explore new genres and skills. Discover yourself and things around you. Add versatility in life because life isn't supposed to be bland.
Day 137: Engaging in negative talk will bring negative results so focus on positive conversations. Uplift others and yourselves.
Day 136: Stop looking for yourself in the mountains and in expensive retreats. You were never lost, only you can find the real you no one else can do it for you. Look inside unlearn the things you learnt in the society and you will find your most authentic self. To discover yourself it isn't necessary to run away from a place but rather spend time alone with oneself.
Day 135: Being stuck in the past will not benefit your tomorrow. That doesn't mean that do not think and learn from past. Take the lesson and move on. Do not think it as a loss think of it as a gain of knowledge and experience.
Day 134: Unwind and relax. You don't have to keep waiting for next challenge or run towards the next goal instead take some time and enjoy the moment right now. See where you are and enjoy the present.
Day 133: Give your 100% whatever the end result might be. This way you will be satisfied by the effort if not the result.
Day 132: It is mid week and this is your sign to take a leap of faith. Take that step that you have been avoiding, do something that will change your next week. Do not wait or postpone it anymore.
Day 131: The way you utilize your time in present determines your future. The activity you do now will trigger the result or open up the path in future, so instead of worrying about future put your 100% in present it is the best way to stay happy and achieve your goals.
Day 130: You are a cloud don't let people box you up in a container. Your potential is limitless.
Day 129: Start accepting and loving yourself. Stop making yourself uncomfortable to make someone else comfortable. You are responsible for your own happiness not of others. Start saying yes to yourself and to your ideas. Stop rejecting yourself and make your space in the world.
Day 128: Do not stop working toward your dreams because someone thinks the steps you are taking are too small or what you are doing is irrelevant. Remember those are just their thoughts and words and words shouldn't prevent you from going on your own journey. Do not wait for someone's validation or approval just go for what seems right to you. Trust yourself and you know that if it feels right in your heart then it is the right thing to do for your journey.
Day 127: You have to push yourself every morning to wake up and go after your dreams and goals.
Day 126: Once you choose healing you understand that you are only responsible for you how others react and act is a part of their unhealed selves. You start understanding instead of getting triggered and you start working on yourself instead of trying to change someone else.
Day 125: If you want to shine as bright as the sun, then you cannot be scared to rock alone. A lot of people will think that your ideas are not good enough, a lot of people will think you are foolish to take that step, but true strength lies in knowing that you believe in yourself and you are there for yourself. Once you strat beliving in yourself it wouldn't matter who supports you and who doesn't.
Day 124: Run that extra mile for you, work an extra hour on yourself for you because if you do it to impress or show it to someone else they might get impressed for a fraction of second but your disatisfaction in what you do will last forever. You will always think if you are good enough for the people watching, you will panic when you are not able to live upto their expectations, while they couldn't care less. So do what you do because it makes you happy and fulfiled, the opinion of people will keep changing with time.
Day 123: In our society self abuse is normalized. Beating ourselves up about small things is normalised. We keep finding faults in ourselves because we are conditioned to punish ourselves for every mistake and flaw. I want to remind you today that making mistakes is okay, having flaws is what makes you real. So don't punish yourself or give yourself a hard time over small mistakes, instead show yourself some love pick yourself up and say it is okay.
Day 122: What is meant for you will happen for you. The grass looks always greener on the other side but it doesn't neccesarily mean that grass won't ever get greener on your side. So focus on yourself and work on yourself, instead of envying and focusing on someone else's lawn.
Day 121: Everything you ignore or run away from, will get stronger till you face it. Accept and face challanges, emotions and reality.
Day 120: Pause and reflect on all the times you have been there for you, and have overcome a challenge or got yourself out of a dark place and then appreciate that because it is not easy. Celebrate yourself today for the strength you posses.
Day 118: Comfort is a place where dreams go to die. Never let yourself get too comfortable and always try to challenge yourself. Do one thing today that is out of .
Day 117: Manifest the positvity in your life. You can hear to a positive podcast or just be in a positive space in your body and mind. Starting the day with positive manifestation can help you stay positive throughout the day. Here are 5 affirmations to start your morning with:

Day 116: During this pandemic social media can make us feel negative, drained out or think we are not doing enough. In times like these we need to remember even survival is a strenght. You don't need to do extraordinary things, just little things to keep you going.

Day 115: Time management is irrelevant in today's scenario. Time management was introduced in early 50s to get work effeciancy and later in the early 80s the prioritizing and making a list came in light. But time management is irrelevant now because both those methods were based on logic and ignored emotions. The fear of not achieveing or the guilt of not spending more time with family.
Time cannot be managed- time doesn't stops for anyone. You can just borrow time from one task to complete the other task but you cannot multiply time. We can only manage ourselves and our actions. So today let's shift the focus from time management to self management.
Start your day with adding something in your to do list that helps you relax and enjoy the little things in your life. Do not neglect your emotions in an attempt to manage time.
