Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav #Lucknowites

The scheduled meeting was held yesterday on July 26, 2022 started sharp at 3pm in Islamic Centre Eidgah Lucknow. Under the banner *Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav and our responsibilities*, the well attended meeting was organised by Islamic Centre and presided by Maulana Khalid Rasheed Saheb. It was unanimously decided that on completion of 75 years of India's freedom all citizens should celebrate the 75th anniversary on a massive scale with great jubilation and enthusiasm in such a manner that from Lucknow a message be communicated across the country. The sacrifices of our great freedom fighters to be introduced to the new generation. Ward wise the corporators in coordination with Vyapar Mandal, should decorate, install stalls having drinking water and distribute sweets, Puri, Sabzi etc. in their respective areas. On 15th Aug Flag Hoisting to be organised on all crossings. From 11th to 14th August each shopkeeper shall gift one tricolour to every customer visiting their shops.
