Sewa Niketan Ashram organized a free medical camp at Primary School Salarpur Chinhat, Lucknow. Women, children, and elderly from Salarpur village were provided with free check-ups and medicines. Our aim is to contribute to the building of a healthy society.

सेवा निकेतन आश्रम का निःशुल्क रीढ़ व हड्डी संबंधी दिव्यांगता शिविर का सफलतापूर्वक हुआ समापन। देश के शीर्षस्थ विशेषज्ञों के दल ने दिया 450 लोगो को मुफ़्त परामर्श

सेवा निकेतन आश्रम के लखनऊ केंद्र द्वारा 5 एवं 6 अगस्त को सुबह 10 से शाम पांच बजे तक शहर में स्पाइनल-ऑर्थो स्वास्थ्य शिविर का आयोजन एमएमसी हॉस्पिटल, निजामपुर मल्हौर, एमिटी यूनिवर्सिटी रोड में किया गया। इस स्वास्थ्य शिविर में देश के शीर्षस्थ विशेषज्ञों में दिल्ली के प्रसिद्ध स्पाइनल सर्जन डॉ.के.दास, हड्डी रोग विशेषज्ञ डॉ.सुरभित रस्तोगी और अन्य स्पाइनल व ऑर्थो विशेषज्ञ निःशुल्क परामर्श दिया।

शिविर आयोजक व दिव्यांग अधिकार कार्यकर्ता सेवा स्क्वाड्रन लीडर अभय प्रताप सिंह ने बताया की अनियमित जीवनशैली के कारण आमजन में स्पाइनल एवं ऑर्थो सम्बन्धी समस्यायें बढ़ती जा रही हैं। स्पाइनल कॉर्ड सम्बन्धी रोगों का परामर्श एवं उपचार भी काफ़ी महँगा होने के कारण आम आदमी अपने स्वस्थ के साथ समझौता करने को मजबूर है। इस शिविर मे हर वर्ग के लोगो ने देश के शीर्ष स्पाइनल व ऑर्थो विशेषज्ञों से मुफ़्त परामर्श लिया जिससे उन्हें अपने इलाज के लिए सही दिशा मिले।

शिविर में 25 वर्षों का अमूल्य अनुभव रखने वाले स्पाइन सर्जन डॉ.के दास, 16 वर्ष का अनुभव रखने वाले हड्डी रोग विशेषज्ञ डॉ.सुरभित रस्तोगी, दो दशकों के अनुभवी डॉ. वीरेंद्र विक्रम सिंह, दिव्यांग व्यक्तियों के कल्याण विशेषज्ञ शिवजीत सिंह राघव और ढाई दशकों के तजुर्बेकार प्रोस्थेटिक्स और ऑर्थोटिक्स विशेषज्ञ कौशल किशोर ने परामर्श दिया।
