Its aim was to applaud at the prowess of the students in the domain of creative writing.
The event witnessed the interests of the students in a phenomenal way,eventually attuning their skills for their betterment.

# Dussehera2024

On 10th of October, 2024, Red Rose Senior Secondary School cherished the festival of Dussehera with great fervour. The event aimed to educate the students regarding the significance of morality and the inevitable repercussions of sordidity prevalent in the world. Students presented a skit depicting the epic battle between Lord Rama and Ravana which captivated the audience. It was followed by Ravan Dahan Ceremony, symbolizing the annihilation of evil.

Red Rose Senior Secondary School Gomti Nagar conducted a puppet show based on the great Indian Epic 'Ramayana'.

The children dived into the magical world of Lord Rama, Sita, Hanuman, and Ravana, which were brought to life through colorful puppets. This engaging show introduced our young learners to the values of courage, friendship, and goodness in a fun, interactive way. 🎨💫
It was a perfect blend of learning and entertainment for our students during this Dusshera.🏹

Today, our young artists embarked on a creative journey exploring the beauty of the Orange colour day, with enthusiasm and creativity.They learned about the calming and refreshing qualities of the color Orange, . It was a joy to see their artistic skills flourish and their faces light up with pride as they displayed their creations.

“A Cacophony of Creative Worlds”

On 4th October, 2024 Red Rose Senior Secondary School, organised an enriching Hindi Creative Writing Competition which aimed at fostering the essence of the world of creative writing amongst the students. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from the students of classes 2 to 8.
The event was a great success.

On 12th of September,2024, Red Rose Senior Secondary School hosted a dynamic Hindi Declamation & Debate Competition aimed at having student, public speaking skills, critical thinking and fluency in Hindi.
The students showcased impressive fervour and clarity in argumentation with tackling of a variety of subjects.
They demonstrated the debating techniques and in-depth research aswell.
The event was a tremendous success which achieved its goal of enhancing students’ debating powers and their command over Hindi language.

“A Rendezvous of Ancient Verses with Modern Minds.”
On Tuesday, 10th of September, 2024, Red Rose Senior Secondary School, organized an enriching ‘Inter House Sanskrit Shlok Competition’ which aimed at fostering appreciation for classical Indian Literature and enhancing student’s understanding of Sanskrit.
The event witnessed an inexplicable participation from students across various grades. Everyone joined the journey through Shlokas which discovered the beauty of our heritage.

To show love and respect to our grand parents Grandparents Day celebrated by the students of classes Pre Nursery, Nursery, Preparatory and l in our school on Monday, 9th September 2024.

"Poetry is when an emotion has found its thought, and the thought has found words.”

To spread the fragrance of poetry among the children a recitation competition was held for the students of classes Pre Nursery to 2. The students chose a variety of topics for their recitation like nature, trees, environment, unity in diversity etc., with a lot of zeal and enthusiasm. They enjoyed reciting the poems with beautiful expressions, thoughts and rhythm. The magic of their words and innocent gestures left everybody spellbound. The aim of the competition was to boost the confidence of the students and improve their public speaking skills.

“Showcasing Sharp Minds.”
On 24th August,2024, Red Rose Senior Secondary School organised an Inter House Maths Quiz for classes 6 to 8, to foster a competitive yet collaborative spirit and vigor amongst the students to encourage a deeper engagement with mathematical concepts.
The event featured participants from the four houses(Jasmine,Lotus, Marigold and Rose) showcasing their problem solving skills and mathematical knowledge.
The event came out to be a successful one that highlighted their mathematical powers and teamwork of the participating houses.

'Dance is the hidden language of the soul of the body.'

Red Rose Senior Secondary School Gomti Nagar organized a Folk Dance Competition on 14th August 2024 ,for the students of classes 2 to 8. Dance is an integral part of the human experience and this is reflected in every culture across the globe.
The aim of the competition was to boost the confidence of the students.

“Celebrating freedom and unity this Independence Day – Our ultimate pride and joy”.
Red Rose Senior Secondary School, Gomtinagar proudly celebrated the spirit of liberty i.e; 78th Independence Day on 15th August, 2024 with a series of engaging activities and events that highlighted the significance of national pride and unity. The day began with a solemn act of flag hoisting. It was followed by a series of cultural performances. The program included patriotic songs, traditional dances, and poems and role playing that illustrated the journey of the nation’s independence. Each performance was met with enthusiastic applause, showcasing the student’s dedication and talent. Thereafter, an inspiring speech was delivered by the Chief Guest – Ms. Sakshi Mishra who graced the occasion with her blissful presence and inspired us with her words.
The atmosphere reinforced the sense of unity within the school community.

As they pasted hand print our students learned about the calming and refreshing qualities of the colors. It was a joy to see their artistic skills flourish and their faces light up with pride as they displayed their creations.
