Capt. SNC Mishra, Pilot of Air India is my yoga student for last 22 years. After retirement from Air India , he is settled in London, UK but keeps coming to Bharat . At the age of 84 now he leads quite active life. His dynamism is based and rooted in his regular yoga practice and well disciplined life. He is always cheerful and blissful. On 25th August 2023 we were together in Lucknow.
