Highlight was introducing my son to Dr Nageshwar Reddy and having a gala time.

There can be no words to explain the amount of gratification and happiness that come across when you meet the top most Gastroenterologist of not only India but whole asian continent.

Sir is not only a teacher to many but and inspiration to all the budding and established gastroenterologists, including myself for attaining the topmost standards in Gastroenterology and bring the latest technology in work.

Adding to series of EUS(Endoscopy Ultrasound) Guided Procedures.
Did an EUS followed By EMR( Endoscopic Mucosal Resection) in a old age patient with stomach cancer(Neuroendocrine tumor). Tumor was removed completely without any stitches, blood loss and patient was discharged same day after the procedure without any post operative restrictions.

HELPS in accessing depth of tumor pe*******on in abdominal wall, determine extent (stage)of cancer, metastasis to nodes or other organs and helps take BIOPSY; guide drainage of pseudocyst pancreas, precise TARGETTING for delivery of medications directly to pancreas, liver or other organs.

Today did a EUS(Endoscopic Ultrasound) Guided FNAC from Lower CBD(common bile duct) Mass in a patient with obstructive jaundice.

Recently did an ERCP plus plastic stents placement in patient with Carcinoma gall bladder with Type 4 Bismuth Stricture with Intractable Pruritis.
