Reflecting on the incredible journey at La Pahi Palace, I can't help but feel a surge of gratitude and accomplishment. Starting this venture was more than a professional choice; it was a heartfelt mission to bring positive change to my native village. The goal was to offer city-like experiences in a rural setting, and La Pahi Palace became the canvas for my dreams.
The support from friends and family throughout this roller coaster ride has been overwhelming. From the very first event on 24th Feb to the grand finale on 15th December, every moment seemed like it was scripted for success.
Team La Pahi Palace has achieved some remarkable milestones in our first year of operation:
π Successfully hosted 15 Weddings, 3 Meetings/conferences, and 2 Engagements, making our mark in the event hosting industry.
π Reduced event readiness and preparation time from 5 Days to 1 Day, showcasing our commitment to efficiency.
π Increased operational efficiency, saving a whopping 70% in labour costs for each event.
π La Pahi Palace became the first choice for customers to book banquets for weddings in the vicinity.
π Introduced Bhoj-Bhat as a one-stop solution for all essential grocery items required to host any party, eliminating the hassle of running around.
π Expanded Bhoj-Bhat and added an Ice Cream parlour, providing quality ice creams, short drinks, and frozen items.
π Partnered with Digitomart to launch La Pahi Mart, delivering grocery items in rural areas directly to customers' doorsteps.
π Acquired an Electric Delivery Van for Bhoj-Bhat and La Pahi Mart to better manage procurement and bulk delivery.
π Generated over 2000 man-days of work, creating numerous direct and indirect employment opportunities for rural youth.
