A huge Mucinous Cyst Adenoma in a girl of just 15years of age.

16weeks size huge uterine MYOMA with history of 2(two) uterine surgeries with dense pelvic adhesions presenting with AUB. Difficult case. Surgery completed within 2hrs. No intra/postoperative complications seen

Diagnosis: Left sided tubal pregnancy (ectopic) in a woman with previous cesarean section with pelvic adhesions
Treatment: Laparoscopic salpingectomy with pelvic adhesiolysis✌️

Cesarean myomectomy. An approx. 8cm lower uterine segment uterine intramural myoma has been removed following LSCS. Prior B/L uterine artery ligation was done. Intra and postoperative period was uneventful✌️

The "baseball" suture technique with horizontal mattress suture for myomectomy

This 38years old woman who has completed her family presented with lump abdomen and AUB. On examination and investigation she was diagnosed to have a giant uterine myoma (28weeks size) and a bunch of small myomas. Total abdominal hysterectomy was done safely✌️.
NB: Seeking of medical care at the first notice of sign/symptoms would have reduced the sufferings and early treatment could have been given.

A total of 21 fibroids were removed successfully from an uterus of 12weeks size. 36years old patient with Primary Infertility and Abnormal Uterine Bleeding. This is the highest number of fibroids that I have removed from a single uterus till today😊
PS: Patient discharged safely on third post-operative day
