Located on a contour of 1:6, The high ceilings and Traditional sit outs are specifically designed to ignite a sense of Nostalgia of growing up in a Traditional house and to pass on that sense of 'home' to the their Offsprings.
The home comprises of arcaded Verandahs, a Central open courtyard, double heighted Living spaces and a natural stone-well to the North-east.

Natural pool : is often designed to imitate pools, ponds or other bodies of water.

Infinity pool : is a regular pool a negative edge that flows over. Example, the water flows over one edge to give you an "infinity" edge.

Plunge pool : a small, often shallow swimming pool used for wading, lounging and soaking.

Lap pool : is a long, narrow and rectangular. Lap pool is designed for swimming laps, so they need to be long. Typically about 40 feet long, but they can reach up to 75 feet.

Hydrotherapy pool : is a therapeutic whole-body treatment that involves moving and exercising in water;essentially physiotherapy in a pool. Hydrotherapy pool are usually different from ordinary pools - the temperature, pressure and movement of water is controlled and changed according to who's using the pool, and why.
