Dear Members and Participants,

1st meeting of Committee of Creditors of Gupta Builders and Promoters Pvt Ltd held on Thursday, 30th June 2022 at VCNow, H Block, 2nd Floor of PVR Plaza, Connaught Place, New Delhi 110001 and by electronic / audio and visual means using “Microsoft Teams” Application) from 16.00 hours to 19:15 hours.

The e-voting instructions for the Resolutions decided to be put for e-voting by members of the CoC are as follows:

1) There will be two Voting Polls published. One for Class of Financial Creditors in Class and one for Banks/ NBFC's. The voting period would begin on Monday, 04th day of July, 2022 (14.00 hours IST) and shall end on Wednesday, 06th day of July, 2022 (18.00 p.m. IST). The Class of Financial Creditors shall have two extra Resolutions to be voted upon than Banks / NBFC's owing to selection of Authorised Representative.

2) During this period, the participating members of the Committee of Creditors are being provided the platform to cast their vote electronically. The e-voting module shall be disabled by the service provider (i.e. Right2vote) for voting thereafter.

3) WEBSITE LINK: The participating members of the Committee of Creditors should log on to the e-voting website https://right2vote.in/login/ during the voting period.

4) Login ID: Your email id given by you in FORM C or FORM CA shall be your User / Login ID. Please enter your Email ID. Kindly ensure you use the same Email ID as notified to the IRP for e-Votin

5) You will also receive an INVITE mail from Right2Vote on this email ID and the mail will have the link, user ID and other details mentioned. Do not try to log in with mobile number if you have received the invite on the email.

6) PASSWORD: Press “GET OTP”. OTP (One Time Password) would be delivered on your Email. The OTP is the password. Once you enter the OTP and press Sign In, you will be logged in.

7) VOTING PAGE: Once logged in, you would be directed to MY POLL INVITE page. Here you would see the poll from the IRP of Gupta Builder and Promoters Private Limited listed. Click on the poll and you would be taken to the voting page.

8) OPTIONS: On the voting page, you will see all the items to be voted upon. Against each item, following options would be available:
a) ACCEPT / APPROVE / YES
b) REJECT / NO
c) ABSTAIN

9) Select the option “ACCEPT” or “REJECT”, OR “ABSTAIN” as desired. The option “ACCEPT” implies that you assent to the respective item and option REJECT implies that you dissent to the respective item. The participating member can also select ABSTAIN. In that case, participating members shall be deemed to have abstained from voting for that respective item.

10) DROP DOWN: In case of the Resolution for the appointment of Authorised Signatory, the members of CLass of Financial Creditors have to select the AR from amongst three options by selecting one option from the drop down Option.

11) CONFIRMATION: After selecting the option, click on “DONE”. You would receive a “THANK YOU” message on the screen. This is a confirmation that your vote has been recorded


12) VOTE RECORD: You can anytime check what you voted or how your vote has been recorded by clicking on > on MY POLL INVITE page and selecting VOTE RECORD. You can also take a print out from here.

13) MOBILE APP: Apart from the website, votes can also be cast using Right2Vote’s mobile app: ‘Right2Vote’, available for android and iOS based mobiles. (App link: https://right2vote.in/getapp).

As we all know, CIRP has been commenced in NCLT and we all have to submit our claims to the IRP. This is mandatory and very important for all of us to file our claims before 14-06-2022 to be part of the COC (committee of creditors).

You can file your claims by filling the form attached with the message and send scanned copy along with the following documents
1) Form CA
2) KYC (Aadhar card, Pan)
3) Cancelled Cheque (of your bank account for bank details)
4) Agreement

6) Allotment Letter
7) Bank Statements

Dear Members,
Today GBP buyer’s Association (GBA) core members and volunteers met Mr Kulwant Singh ji (MLA - Mohali) and submitted our plea to get justice and make us meet Hon’ble CM Punjab. To our request, MLA Mohali has called the SSP Mohali in front of us and instructed him to form a SIT for speedy investigation in our matter to which SSP Mohali agreed and said SIT will be made in first week of June.
Regarding the meeting with CM he said CM is keeping too occupied but it will be scheduled soon…
