Young 27 year male had a twisting injury of the knee 4 weeks back. He came to us with pain, swelling and instability of the knee with difficulty in walking.
Post operatively the same day after undergoing Arthroscopic ACL reconstruction with hamstring autograft, he started walking comfortably without pain.
