Vision is the art of seeing what is invisible to others.” – Jonathan Swift An Eye Camp is organised in our school campus (Swami Vivekanand English High School - Dahisar) to check the eyesight of the students belonging to the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) of Classes V - VIII. The objective of the camp is to check the eyesight of the students and provide perfect-fitting spectacles, which are environmentally friendly and fully biodegradable.

A refreshing ‘fruit Salad Day’ was celebrated recently in Swami Vivekanand English High School - Dahisar (E). Fruits and health mutually complement each other and ‘A day without a fruit is a day without a shine’. A ‘fruit Salad Day’ is an innovative way of making the tiny tots learn about the interesting variety of fruits available around us and also to make them relish all the fruits in the form of salad in the most tastier way. Parents took interest in sending their wards loaded with fresh fruits in the tiny tiffins. Children brought a variety of fruits such as apple🍎, banana, papaya, grapes🍇, pomegranate, guave, orange 🍊 etc. Teachers along with the children had a good time while preparing the fruit salad. This activity helped the children to know the nutritional value of different fruits, their texture and taste. A day well spent indeed. It was really a fruitful day.

Swami Vivekanand English High School , Dahisar (E) Primary Section conducted "Handwriting 🖋️Competition". The objective of this competition was to encourage students to improve their calligraphy✍️ skills. Handwriting📝 is an essential skill for students. It is an incredibly important exercise for students to encourage them to develop fine motor skills and confidence👍. Handwriting styles are unique to the individual and something which simply cannot be replicated with a keyboard. Handwriting is a ✒️🗒️unique expression of each person.🖊️🖋️
