NO ! This self - transformation came after 4 hospitalisations, innumerable nights of constant pain, fear of losing out , losing my grip of my own health and sanity.

I couldn’t🤷♀️bend my right knee after pulmonary Tuberculosis, forget sitting on floor in 2009.

2023 - I climb 11 floors *3 times and sit on the floor for 2 hours without complaining.
Am I more youthful - YES !
