The villa has a large semi indoor infinity swimming pool that has a scenic view. Pool has a shower area.  We provide separate pool towels . 

The villa is equipped for with 3  spacious bedroom with large decks and deck furniture to allow you to embrace nature and it’s serenity with open arms. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have an attached bathroom and king sized bed. Clean white Linen  and towels are provided . 

A tastefully done living room and kitchen with indoor as well as out door dining facilitates a comfortable stay. Crockery,cutlery, water purifier, refrigerator and a large 55 inch TV are available. Barbecue facilities can be requested additionally.

 

Included in the package is a scrumptious breakfast as per your taste which will be prepared by the cook and served. Breakfast includes Indian as well as American/Continental options. 

Lunch and dinner can be ordered a la carte from nearby restaurants, In house cooking at an extra cost if you prefer home cooked healthy tasty meals( you will have to give your meal preferences in advance). Organic farm fresh vegetables as per season can be picked from our farm, freshly cooked and savoured. Local cuisine meals can also be arranged as per your taste.

Other things to enjoy during your stay

1 visit our farm and see the vegetable growing and if you want some good workout help in the farming activity 

2. Take a trek to the dukes nose 

3 Trek to unberkhind passing river Amba

About the Villa

The Villa has 6 bedrooms having attached bathrooms in each one of them. One of the six bedrooms also has a bunk bed taking the total fixed bed count to 14 people with extra mattresses available (if required).

There is a set kitchen where one is free to cook for self with the only rule being no non-veg cooking is allowed. There's also a dedicated caretaker who stays at the property with his family who can offer to cook basic food at an additional cost.

The villa is strategically placed where there are a lot of restaurants who deliver at our premise. There's Starbucks, Mcdonald, KFC and Domino's 10 mins away along with a lot of local restaurants to cater to your taste buds and budget. We arrange local Buffet meal, Chinese, Live Dosa, Chat Counters and Biryani on request.

Standard check in time is 2 pm and check out by 11 am

Rate includes accommodation with complimentary access to Swimming pool and cricket turf* and basic breakfast for 15 people

Extra person above 15 will cost 1000 for adult and 500 per child per day

Plus there is security deposit of 10k on check in (refunded at checkout) and Kitchen usage charges (if applicable) of 1500 per stay

*Cricket turf in Night - Use of turf under lights is complimentary for an hour. If someone wants to use it for more than an hour under lights, we charge 1000 rupee per hour
