Are Collagen supplements good for you? Taking collagen supplements probably won’t hurt you, but it may not help you either.🤷 ✅Your body makes collagen and other proteins by combining various amino acids. Whether or not you take a collagen supplement, you must eat a healthy diet that includes all the amino acids for your body to do this. ⭐⭐It’s also important to remember that taking collagen for a specific issue like improving your skin, relieving joint pain or maintaining muscle doesn’t work. We don’t get to decide how our body will use the amino acids in food or supplements. ✅Taking collagen may give you extra amounts of some amino acids, but not all. ✅Eating a variety of foods ensures that you have the nutrients you need to produce collagen and other proteins, without the trouble, expense and uncertainty of relying on a supplement. So for anti -Aging you need, ⏩ Good Sunscreen ⏩ Plenty of water ⏩ Good sleep ⏩ Good skin regime ⏩ Healthy diet ..❣️❣️ For consultation both online or in clinic, you can call us on 9890672864 #collagen #collagensupplement #aminoacids #skinenthusiast #antiaging #healthylifestyle #skinglow #myths #protiensupplements #glassskin #koreanskincare #celebrity #mumbai #chembur

Skincare is NOT COMPLEX... THREE THINGS TO REMEMBER 1. All expensive skincare products are good. Every individual is different. Every skin type is different. What might suit you, may be affordable or expensive. It all ultimately depends on whether it is working correctly for your skin concerns and skin type. 2. Affordable skincare products, should not be used. There are many good products out there in the market, which are affordable too. Should just suit you right and you need a Doctor's guidance to help choose right medical grade products for your skin type. 3. Skincare routine has to be complicated No no... absolutely no. More products and more layers, does not mean you will have great skin and results. Sometimes LESS IS MORE . YOU JUST NEED, 🟢 A cleanser which doesn't strip your skin 🟢 A moisturizer, which is hydrating on your skin but at the same time is non comedogenic, and oil free 🟢 Soulmate sunscreen (well finding a right one can be a task but it's worth all the efforts) CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR FOR RIGHT PRESCRIPTION FOR YOUR SKIN CONCERNS AND SKIN TYPE TO SEE OPTIMUM RESULTS. ❓What are foaming cleansers? ✅Foaming cleansers are formulated with surfactants, which are responsible for producing their characteristic foamy lather. Surfactants are chemicals that deeply cleanse excess oil and bind with trapped debris to then be rinsed away. ✅Sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) is a surfactant widely used in foaming face cleansers. Other common surfactants include sodium cocoyl isethionate (SCI) and sodium lauroyl lactylate (SLL) ✅This type of cleanser provides a more thorough cleanse than gel or cream cleansers due to its ability to penetrate deep within pores ❓Are Foaming facewash right for you? ✅Foaming facial cleansers are formulated to gently exfoliate, remove excess oils and clear debris from clogged pores. As such, they are ideally suited for oily, or acne-prone skin. ✅There are also products formulated for dry and sensitive skin but if you find them too harsh, you can instead opt for a hydrating facial cleanser with a gel, lotion or cream-based formulation. ❓What are Creamy Facewash? ✅Creamy Cleanser is a fragrance and soap-free formula that does not irritate the skin, making it safe and easy to use on sensitive skin. The SLS & Paraben free cleanser contains Cetyl & Stearyl Alcohol to remove dirt, makeup, and impurities without stripping the skin of vital moisture. ❓Which Skin type can use it? ✅If you have sensitive skin and or if you have with rosacea, cream cleansers are your best bet. They're also a good option for really dry skin and mature skin. But for teenage skin and oily skin types, it's not really a good choice 🟦Stay tuned for product recommendations ...❤️🧐 #foamingcleansers #facewash #oilyskinfacewash #cleansers #seriesoncleanser #creamfacewash #creamyfacewash #mildfacewash #sls #slsfree #skinmodel #modellife #modelskin #firststep #mostimportant #skincareblogger #mumbaiskinclinic #mumbaiskincare #india #tridentski #drshwetakj #smoothskin #nondrying #oilbalance #phofskin

✨Tip to increase the longevity of Vitamin C serum.✨ 👍Watch out in the end of the caption👍 Toss Out your Vitamin C serum 🚮...... ⚠️Starts Changing colour. 🤍➡️🧡 A pure and potent vitamin C serum will be clear. The moment you start to notice your serum tinging towards a translucent brown or orange shade, it's time to toss. This means the ascorbic acid (vitamin C) has oxidized, and no longer holds its antioxidant powers. ⚠️Change in consistency 💦 If the product is affected by the temperature or other factors, they start to change consistency. As Ascorbic acid is a very unstable derivative, consistency change points at something not right about the cocktail and needs to be tossed out ASAP. ⚠️ Stored in transparent packing. 🪟 Storing a vitamin C serum correctly is integral to its success.A good rule of thumb is to toss the serum six months after it's been opened and to keep the serum in a cool, dark place. If you're using it according to the instructions, it'll likely be gone before the six months is up. ✨✨Tip to increase Vitamin C Serum Longetivity✨✨ Your fridge is a great place to store vitamin C serum, because the refrigeration will help delay the oxidation process longer than storing it at room temperature.Vitamin C has an extremely short shelf life because it oxidizes, or breaks down when it's exposed to oxygen. ✨It is useless to use benzoyl peroxide, which is usually used to treat acne, and retinol together. The ingredients can cancel the positive effects of each other out and leave skin extremely dry and irritated. ✨Mixing these ingredients which do the same thing as retinoids i.e drying your skin or sloughing it off—can cause problems. With benzoyl peroxide, the reverse problem occurs. This powerful pimple-treatment can cause your retinoid to oxidize, which makes it less effective. ✨Still However you need to use them together "" Make sure that you first allow the benzoyl peroxide to dry thoroughly before applying the retinoid product. Say space it out for 30mins"" P.S. This can leave your skin extremely dry and irritated. ✅Space out the use of both on alternate nights. ✅Go very slow on the product used. ✅ Gradually build up the layering ✅Moisturise your skin well with noncomedogenic products ✅ and Most important never miss your Sunscreen🧴🌞⛱️ my Sunshines..🥰 Follow us and continue showing your love and support❤️ @drshweta_tridentski #skinbloggersindia #skincareblogger #skinrepair #skinph #skinbarrierrepair #skinlover #skincarelover #skincomesfirst #skinrepair_program #retinolskincare #skinlayering #mumbaiskincareblogger #beautylover #reelaindiaofficial #reelkarofeelkaro #reelinstagram❤️ #drshwetakj #tridentski #selfcare

Deadly skincare ingredient combinations series PART 1 CAN YOU COMBINE VITAMIN C AND ACTIVE ACIDS... Well one shouldn't. Unless you know what you are doing with your skin exactly and you know your skin type well. ✨AHA and BHA present in cleansers , toners and moisturizers shouldnt be used with VITAMIN C or should be spaced out atleast 30mins apart. ✨These actives take your skin PH to 3-4, which can irritate your skin and also make Vitamin C go more unstable. ✨Oily acne prone mature skin with hyperpigmentation can combine the two ingredients but the risk of irritation is always there. ✨ Normal, Combination and dry skin should avoid combining the two all together. Pimples always seem to pop up at the most inappropriate times: just before the big party night, the day before your wedding, or the morning of that important job interview. Breakouts are never welcomed, but it's times like these when you really want to get rid of pimples fast. 1. Use an Acne Spot Treatment The most effective spot treatments contain either benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid.Dab a small amount of spot treatment directly onto the pimple. Some spot treatments are made to be left on overnight. 2. Get a Cortisone Injection For those incredibly deep, painful zits and cystic breakouts that don't want to heal, a cortisone injection may be an option for you. During this quick procedure, a diluted cortisone is injected into the blemish.3 Within just a few hours, the swelling will recede and the pain will go away. The breakout completely flattens out within 48 hours generally. ❌❌Cortisone injections aren't meant to be used as a regular treatment for big zits, but they're helpful in some cases and when used judiciously.❌❌ 3.Stop Breakouts Before They Start Over-the-counter products can work for mild acne. If your acne is inflamed, stubborn, and especially if you have severe acne or nodular breakouts, you'll need a prescription medication. 4. Ice It Down Apply an ice cube to inflamed blemishes to help reduce redness, swelling, and pain. This is also a cool fix for those blemishes you can't yet see but can feel as a sore lump under the skin. ⚠️You never want the ice cube directly touching your skin, so first wrap it in a soft cloth. Don't ice the pimple for too long (frostbite anyone?) Ice for 20 or 30 seconds, followed by a minute or so of rest, a few times per day or just before you go out. This will reduce the inflammation in 48hrs. #acnetreatment #spotacnetreatment #cortisoneshot #cortisoneinjection #iceitdown #iceforacne #acnespecialist #acneologist #chembur #acnefighter #cysticacne #acneskincare #mumbai #mumbaidoctors #indianskincare #ind
