YOGA FOR BACK PAIN We always feel assured when someone says theyโ€™ve got our back. This statement easily summarizes the role our back plays in our everyday bodily affairs. Our back not only provides a supporting frame to our upper body but protects our nervous system and creates a pathway for the proper blood circulation to all body. Our back is made of muscles, ligaments and bones but also houses our chakras and thus any problem or pain can cause disruption in the chakras and give rise to psychological issues and vice versa.
