Key Responsibilities:
🔸 Investigate site and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings, and others).
🔸 Design, develop, manage and maintain construction projects in a timely and sustainable manner.
🔸 Assess potential risks.
🔸 Assess materials and costs.
🔸 Give the advice to resolve technical problems.
🔸 Oversee staff activity and timely delivery.
🔸 Liaise with stakeholders apprising them as needed.
🔸 Keep track of project progress and compile reports and submit them after the management.
🔸 Manage budget .
🔸 Ensure that compliance are met

Job Requirements :

Male preferred with minimum of 2 years experience in same job. Knowledge in taking measurements and interior jobs overall
Two wheeler with licence is mandatory with will to travel
Good information on interior materials.
Well behaved and good communication with clients
Good Labor management skills and willing to go the extra mile for good work
Salary is dependent on the experience and expertise of the candidate
