HP # Heat Transfer Oil # HYTHERM 500 & 600 #

Application areas:
All types of heat transfer applications. This grades finds extensive application in textile, pharmaceuticals, chemical and processing industries.

Detail Description
HPCL markets thermic fluids under the brand names of HYTHERM. These grades are developed to provide performance in broad range of application in textile, chemical, paint & varnish and petrochemical industries. These grades are formulated from specially derived petroleum base stocks having exceptional resistance to degradation during high temperature use. With thousands of satisfied customers over the years and millions of liters of Thermic fluid sold and repeat orders being executed HYTHRM grades command market leadership in thermic fluids segments.

HYTHERM is undoubtedly the first choice for all customers. HPCL has its own l**e base oils which ensures consistency in quality of L**e base oils leading to uniformity of the finished oil parameters.

HYTHERM 500
The product is manufactured from petroleum stocks produced by special refining process in which the thermally unstable components are removed. HYTHERM 500 is recommended in service involving a maximum bulk oil temperature of 290°C. In addition, it has the following benefits.

This grade is derived from the finest quality petroleum base stocks and is fortified with high performance additives to enhance performance at higher temperatures. It has the following outstanding features.

HP # Cutting Oil # KOOLKUT 40 #

Meets specifications:
IS : 1115 and ZX of Indian defense

Application areas:
Suitable for all metals for machining operations where emulsifiable oil are normally used. The recommended concentration is between 5 to 10 % depending on the severity of machining. Sometimes used successfully for even grinding operations.
Detail Description
This is general-purpose emulsifiable oil and forms milky white emulsion.

HP AUTO TRANSMISSION FLUID A is a high quality automatic transmission fluid manufactured from highly refined base stocks and carefully selected additives, to provide a superior performance in the automatic transmission systems of automotive.

HP AUTO TRANSMISSION FLUID A provides superior protection for the automatic transmission system against wear & corrosion, while its high viscosity index ensures unmatched lubrication at high operating temperatures.

Application
HP AUTO TRANSMISSION FLUID A is recommended for automatic transmissions and power steering systems of vehicles requiring general motors “TYPE A SUFFIX A” quality fluids.

HYLUBE HDX MG are First Quality engine oil developed for Naturally Aspirated Diesel Engines. The product is made from the paraffinic base stocks and fortified with selected additives to deliver satisfactory performance in busses, trucks, LCVs designed on Pre-Bharat Stage-I norms. The product is particularly suitable for the older diesel engines requiring lower detergency.

HYLUBE HDX MG oils have been multi-graded to 20W 40 & 20W 50 viscometrics to facilitate easy starting even at lower ambient temperatures. The superior additive chemistry not only ensures greater protection of the engine against wear and rust, its balanced detergency helps to keep the engine clean and trouble free for longer service intervals.
