is a surrealist painting by Salvador Dalí, completed in 1931. It is considered one of his most famous works and is known for its melting pocket watches, a symbol of the fluidity of time.
The painting also features other surreal elements, such as drooping watches, distorted landscapes, and strange organic forms, which serve to challenge our perceptions of reality and question the nature of time and memory. The painting is part of the Museum of Modern Art's collection in New York City and is widely regarded as a masterpiece of surrealist art.
