काही छोट्याशा गोष्टी ज्यामुळे तुम्हाला हव तेवढा चॉकलेट आणि आईस्क्रीम खाऊ शकतात तेही दात खराब होण्याचे भीती न बाळगता. मला स्वतःला सुद्धा गोड खाण्यची ची आवड आहे आणि ते नेहमी खातो. हे तर आपण अनेक अनेक वेळा सांगितला आहे की गोड पदार्थ दाताला चिटकतात त्यामुळे दात खराब होण्याची चान्सेस वाढतात, पण जर काही गोष्टी पाळल्या तर गोड खाऊन सुद्धा दात किडण्याची भीती राहत नाही. गोड पदार्थ नेहमी जेवणाबरोबर खावे .जर मध्ये मध्ये आपण गोड खाल्ले तर ते दाताला चिटकून दात खराब होण्याची चान्सेस वाढून जातात जेवणासोबत गोड खाण्याचे प्रमाणही कमी राहत. दुसर गोड खाल्ल्यानंतर पाण्याने चूळ भरायचे त्यामुळे दातावर चिटकलेले अन्न कड निघून जातात आणि त्यात खराब होण्यापासून वाचवता येतात. तिसरं भरपूर पाणी पिणे योग्य प्रमाणात पाणी पिल्यामुळे दातांवर चिटकलेली साखर निघून जाते आणि जे ऍसिड

मुलांना रात्री ब्रश करण्याची सवय कशी लावावी..? लहान मुलांना रात्री ब्रश करायला लावणं सगळ्यात अवघड काम असतं  माझे दोन मुलं आहेत , एक सहा वर्षाचा आणि दुसरी दोन वर्षाची जेव्हा त्यांचा पहिला दाताला तेव्हापासूनच आम्ही त्यांचे दात पांढरा रुमालाने पुसत होतो ते काही लगेच सहकार्य करत नव्हते हात पाय मारायचे रडायचे, खूप त्रास द्यायचे. पण जसं जसं त्यांना समजलं की यापासून काही पर्याय नाहीये तेव्हा ते आपोआपच सहकार्य करायला लागले काही वेळेस जर आम्ही विसरलो तर ते स्वतः आम्हाला रुमाल आणून द्यायचे की दात स्वच्छ करायचे आहे. जेव्हा ते दोन वर्षाचे झाले तेव्हा आम्ही त्यांना ब्रश आणि थोड्या प्रमाणात टूथपेस्ट ची सवय लावली यामुळे त्यांना ब्रश करण्याची सवय लागली मम्मी पप्पांना ब्रश करताना बघतात तेव्हा मुलं स्वत ब्रश करायला लागतात Dr. Bhadage's Shree Dental Clinic and Implant Center  Shop no. 27 Dr. Ambedkar Market, MHB Colony, S
