Staying healthy (mentally and physically) is the greatest challenge during this lockdown and pandemic.
Coping up with the stress due to lockdown may not be an easy task.
There may be several burdens like - struggling with financial arrangements, job insecurity, emotional loss, and there may be several other things that may not be in our control.
But what we can certainly do is taking the utmost care of ourselves. By having the right food, drinking at least 2-3 liters of water a day, and incorporating Yoga or Freehand exercise in your daily routine.
Feeling aimless and emptiness are common mental issues during this tough time. And that can only be avoided by staying physically active.
Start practicing Bodyweight exercises like -
1. Push-Ups
2. Pull-Ups &
3. Squats
This will help you reduce the weight that you might be gaining due to lockdown.
also for staying conscious & mentally healthy practice -
4. Yoga
5. Meditation
