Didn't had tutti frutti & orange marmalade was waiting for it's turn to get finish up in the fridge🤩 So added it to the cake batter 😍😋

When I saw The Little Plantation this year's food photography challenge & the first theme was Seasonal Fruits "Tutti Frutti" I had to take part because I am at my mom's place which is famous for grapes.

Back to Mumbai's fast life & my happy place.
Slowly getting back to normal routine after a rejuvenating stay for 7 months. Getting a garma garam food on table is nothing less than pampering & blessings for a housewife.💖 & all the staff & house keeping staff were so sweet & attended us with utmost warmth. It was a home away from home.💖.

Sharjah Shake 🥤
Made deliciously thick & healthy shake in my JMG. The leakproof jars are perfect for making shake, juice & gravies without leaking from jars which usually happens with normal mixer grinder. 💗
Recipe for Sharjah Shake..
1/2 litre frozen milk
3 ripe bananas
3 tbsp of boost(chocolate flavour)
2 tbsp of peanuts
Sugar as per taste
Just add everything in a leakproof jar You can use presets or can do it manually. Your thick Sharjah Shake is ready. You can add a scoop of vanilla ice-cream too. But I loved it as it is. 😍

My first time to attempt

Ambe dal....🥭
Khatti Metti kairi (raw mango) has arrived in market already....so the first dish has to be "Ambe Dal"
Recipe as follows::
🥭 Chana dal ( Soaked 1 cup)
🥭 Kairi grated (1/2 cup)
🌶️ 2-3 green chillies
🥭 Salt as per taste
🥭 Little sugar
Grind overnight soaked chana dal with green chilli, salt & little sugar in JMG on preset mode Wet grind (Coarse)
Remove it in bowl. Mix grated raw mango. Now make a tempring of mustard seeds, cumin seeds, hing, curry leaves & turmeric powder. Mix everything and "Ambe Dal" is ready. 🤩🤩
